Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - BEIJING (2 Meals)

- The tour leader welcomes you at Tan Son Nhat Airport to check in for flight CA904 SGN-PEK 05:10 – 10:40 to Beijing.

- Upon arrival in Beijing, the group completes immigration procedures. The tour guide welcomes the group to Beijing City, then transfers to the city center for lunch.

- After lunch, the group visits Houhai Bar Street, where traditional charm and modern elements converge perfectly. There are many bars, restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops... where you can pick up souvenirs for family and friends. This is a favorite stop for many locals with a cheerful, vibrant atmosphere and reasonable prices.

- You will view the exterior of the Drum Tower.

- The group moves to Qianmen Street, Beijing's most famous commercial street, to stroll, shop, and freely enjoy local specialties along the pedestrian street.

- You will have dinner and return to the hotel to rest.

DAY 2: THE FORBIDDEN CITY (3 Meals)

- You have breakfast at the hotel, then visit Tiananmen Square with an area of 44 hectares, the largest square in the world. The Forbidden City (Imperial Palace) was built in 1406, covering an area of 72 hectares with 9,999 magnificent palace rooms. This place was once the imperial palace of the Ming – Qing dynasties. 

- After lunch, the group continues to visit Tong Ren Tang Traditional Chinese Medicine Shop - the place that prescribed medicine for the ancient Imperial Court, famous for its burn treatment products Bao Fu Ling.

- The group continues to visit and take photos outside Bird's Nest Stadium, where the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games took place.

- You have dinner and return to the hotel to rest.

DAY 3: THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA (3 Meals)

- You will have breakfast at the hotel, then visit the Great Wall of China – a Wonder of the World, a grand historical architectural work of the Chinese people.

- You will have lunch, visit and shop at a latex mattress center.

- The group will visit and shop at Wangfujing Pedestrian Street – the busiest shopping street in Beijing.

- You will have dinner and return to the hotel to rest.

DAY 4: SUMMER PALACE - HO CHI MINH CITY (2 Meals)

- Guests have breakfast at the hotel and check out.

- Afterwards, the group visits the Summer Palace – Empress Dowager Cixi's summer palace with Kunming Lake, Longevity Hill, the Marble Boat, the world's longest covered walkway, and many other luxurious structures.

- Guests enjoy lunch and continue to visit the Kim Tu Duy Jadeite Workshop.

- The group transfers to the airport to check in for flight CA903 PEK-SGN 21:00-01:10+1 back to Ho Chi Minh City.

- Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the tour guide bids farewell to the group. See you again.

Terms & conditions

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

1. Round-trip group airfare (including 1 piece of 23kg checked baggage + 05kg hand luggage)

2. International travel insurance throughout the tour.

3. Airport security fees, aviation insurance, and airport taxes of both countries (subject to change at the time of ticket issuance).

4. Local 4* standard hotel (2 people/room). Single travelers with no same-gender group member to share a room with will be subject to a single supplement fee, or if 3 people share a room, it will be a Twin/Double Room + 1 Extra Bed.

5. Group visa to enter China for Vietnamese passport holders. (Passport scan + 4x6 ID photo FILE on a white background)

6. 1 bottle of mineral water/guest/day.

7. Meals as specified in the itinerary (meals may change to suit tour spots while ensuring sufficient quantity and equivalent or better quality).

8. Air-conditioned vehicle for transportation throughout the tour.

9. Sightseeing tickets as per the itinerary.

10. Tour leader and local tour guide serving throughout the program.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:

1. Personal expenses, excess baggage fees, telephone calls, laundry, and sightseeing outside the itinerary.

2. Single supplement fee (if any) (3,000,000 VND).

3. Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign passport holders (if applicable): (reference price: 945,000 VND/guest).

4. Tips for local drivers and tour guides to be paid abroad, calculated based on the exchange rate at the time, at a recommended rate of 25 USD/guest/tour, equivalent to 700,000 VND/guest/tour.

CHILD TOUR PRICE:

- Infants under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).

- Children from 2 to under 11 years old (No separate bed).

- Children from 2 to under 11 years old: 100% (With separate bed).

- Children 11 years old and older: 100% of adult tour price.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS:

- Right after booking the tour, deposit 50% of the total tour price. Please pay the remaining balance at least 14 days before departure.

- Tour cancellation after booking: penalty fee of 50% of the deposit (+ visa fee if any).

- Cancellation 30 days before departure: penalty fee = 50% of total tour price (+ visa fee if any) (Calculated on working days)

- Cancellation 20 days before departure: penalty fee = 75% of total tour price (+ visa fee if any) (Calculated on working days)

- After the above time: penalty fee = 100% of total program value (+ visa fee if any). (Calculated on working days)

- Tour cancellation must be communicated directly to the Company or via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation over the phone is not accepted.

- In cases where customers book a tour in a group of friends or family (2 guests or more): If one person in the group is rejected for a visa, 100% of their tour price will be refunded; the remaining members who have obtained visas but cancel the tour will be subject to the general cancellation policy.

- Cancellation time is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

NOTES

- (Passport) Must be valid for more than 6 months (Calculated from departure date).

- Before booking the tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, and included as well as excluded tour prices.

- If you already have a visa, 500,000 VND will be deducted.

- If customers are denied departure or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (images or information in the original document are blurred or unclear, expired passport, or non-compliant passport, etc.), the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- Citizens must fulfill their tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be allowed to exit the country. In cases where individuals still owe taxes and are not permitted to exit, the Company shall not be responsible for compensating damages.

- Guests 70 years old and above must ensure good enough health to participate in the tour itinerary, and are encouraged to travel with family members for support when needed. If guests have underlying medical conditions or poor physical condition, a doctor's health certificate is required to ensure sufficient health to travel abroad.

- Pregnant guests please notify tour sales staff right at the time of registration for further advice. Note that a doctor's opinion is required before joining the tour.

- As this is a group tour joining individual guests, the company will accept a minimum number of 10 adult guests and ensure the group departs on schedule. If there are insufficient guests, the company is responsible for notifying you 05 days prior to the departure date and will negotiate a new departure date or refund the entire amount paid.

- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery please re-apply for a new passport reflecting their current appearance. If entry is denied due to passport photo differing from actual appearance, the travel agency will not be held responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- Since flights depend on airlines, flight schedules may change without prior notice in some cases.

- Because the Chinese visa is a group visa, members must travel together and return on the exact end date of the tour.

- This is a purely leisure tour; guests are not allowed to leave the group throughout the program. (For guests separating from the group, the Chinese partner company will charge a separation fee). (Depending on each case, please contact staff for support and detailed information).

- If guests have a separate visa, they must bring it during the tour. Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals must bring a Vietnam re-entry visa.

- Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by parents, or authorized persons must possess an authorization document from parents.

- The company will assist with documentation procedures to the best of its ability if guests are denied entry into China.

- In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, etc., or due to incidents or schedule changes of public transportation means such as airplanes, trains, etc., the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating any arising damages.

PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING FOR A CHINA GROUP VISA

- Passport: Scan or photograph, noting not to crop corners, lay flat at 180 degrees, and avoid visible fingers.

- 4x6 photo: most recent photo taken within 6 months to present, white background, clearly showing facial features, no smiling, no jewelry, no Photoshop or editing software used.
