Itinerary

DAY 1: HCMC - SHENZHEN (3 Meals)

- The tour leader welcomes guests at Tan Son Nhat Airport to complete check-in procedures for flight CZ8474 SGN-SZX 02:25 – 05:45 to Shenzhen.

- Upon arrival at Shenzhen Airport, the group completes entry procedures. The tour bus and guide welcome the group and take them for breakfast.

- Afterwards, the group moves to visit Gankeng Ancient Town (Gan Keng Hakka Town) located in Longgang District, Shenzhen, an ancient village rich in Hakka culture, which still preserves the architecture and living atmosphere from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Inside the village, winding stone-paved paths are flanked by ancient green-brick houses, grey tile roofs, temples, and stone bridges bearing a strong Lingnan style. Visitors can explore ancient architecture, enjoy local specialties such as Hakka stuffed tofu, salt-baked chicken, etc. This is an ideal destination for strolling, taking photos, and learning about the traditional culture of Shenzhen.

- The group moves to visit and take photos at the Happy Harbour complex in Shenzhen - a large-scale coastal cultural and tourism complex combining sea views, leisure, dining, and shopping. This place stands out with its poetic seaside scenery. Guests can take photos at one of China's most beautiful bookstores - Zhongshuge, explore new technologies at the Huawei flagship store, enjoy unique cuisine, or experience the modern lifestyle. Guests can experience the romantic Bay Glory Ferris Wheel - a favorite check-in spot for young people (at own expense).

- After lunch, the group returns to the hotel to check in and rest.

- The tour guide sets a time to take the group for dinner, then takes guests to freely stroll and shop at Dongmen Market, Shenzhen's famous wholesale market with the best-priced items in Shenzhen.

- At the scheduled time, the tour bus and guide take guests back to the hotel to rest. Overnight in Shenzhen.

DAY 2: SHENZHEN – ZHONGSHAN – GUANGZHOU (3 Meals)

- The group has breakfast at the hotel and checks out. The group moves to experience the Red Fat Man double-decker bus – exploring Shenzhen in a different way. With a panoramic glass roof, moving along routes connecting famous landmarks, visitors can admire the modern and dynamic beauty of the city.

- The group visits the Meridian View Centre – a 384m-high building with 69 floors, this is the best place to view the entire city of Shenzhen and also a testament to its remarkable development (includes free ticket to the 69th floor)

- After lunch, the group moves to Zhongshan, experiencing the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link (Shenzhong Link), a cross-sea transportation route connecting Shenzhen and Zhongshan, with a total length of about 24km, a world-class comprehensive transportation project. This route combines a bridge, artificial island, and underwater tunnel, shortening the travel time from Shenzhen to Zhongshan from 2 hours to about 30 minutes. Visitors not only have the opportunity to admire modern engineering wonders but also enjoy the magnificent sea scenery over the Lingdingyang waters, which will be an important transportation hub and a new symbol on the west bank of the Pearl River Delta.

- The group visits the cultural exhibition hall of the famous pastry brand Choi Heong Yuen (a long-standing Chinese brand), enjoying free almond cookies, egg-shaped biscuits, etc. (Each guest is given a complimentary portion of Guilinggao/Herbal Jelly).

- Visitors continue shopping at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Center to learn about the history and culture of Chinese medicine.

- Afterwards, the group visits the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and Sun Yat-sen's Former Residence, listening to the stories of the great figure Sun Yat-sen and the three Soong sisters.

- After dinner, guests return to the hotel to check in and rest. Overnight in Guangzhou.

DAY 3: GUANGZHOU - FREE DAY (1 Meal)

- After breakfast, guests have free time to explore the city of Guangzhou or can sign up for one of the following two programs: (expenses at own expense)

1. Watch the Guangzhou Eternal Love show, a performance by the Songcheng Group, featuring a scale of over 600 dancers along with grand sound and lighting systems. The show brings interesting experiences and distinctive cultural features of the local people. Next, guests will enjoy lunch featuring a specialty dish of the Guangdong region – Tsim Sha Tsui Black Char Siu and dessert with Shunde Double-Skin Milk. (reference cost 480 RMB/guest)

2. Visit the Chimelong Safari Park, featuring rare animals such as Pandas, White Tigers... Afterward, move to visit the Dafo Ancient Temple, a famous ancient temple with a thousand-year history, built during the Southern Han dynasty. The temple features a quiet space, solemn architecture, and a large golden Buddha statue worshiped sacredly. This is a place where locals and tourists come to pray for peace, learn about Buddhist culture, and also a serene sanctuary in the heart of the bustling metropolis. Guests continue to visit the Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, the most famous and bustling open-air market in Guangzhou. (reference cost 480 RMB/guest)

- Overnight in Guangzhou

DAY 4: GUANGZHOU - HO CHI MINH CITY (2 Meals)

- After breakfast, guests check out of the hotel. The group visits and goes shopping at the Gemstone Jewelry Center.

- Afterward, guests experience the Haizhu District Tram, the first modern tram line in Guangzhou city, running along the lakeside road in Haizhu District, connecting prominent landmarks such as the Canton Tower and the Pazhou Exhibition Center. The tram features a modern design, smooth operation, and picturesque scenery on both sides, making it an ideal choice for tourists to sightsee, relax, and explore both the ecological beauty and urban charm of Guangzhou.

- Visit 的花城广场 (Huacheng Square) located in the center of Guangzhou city, which is the largest urban square in the city. The square features plenty of greenery, beautiful scenery, and brilliant lighting at night, making it an ideal spot for visitors to stroll, take photos, and feel the modern, vibrant beauty of Guangzhou. Guests take photos outside the iconic buildings of Guangzhou such as the Canton Tower, Guangzhou Chow Tai Fook Finance Centre (East Tower), Guangzhou International Finance Center (West Tower)…

- Guests move on to visit Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, a famous commercial street in the old quarter of Guangzhou, which retains its distinctive traditional Lingnan-style arcade architecture. Both sides of the street are lined with many long-standing brands and authentic Guangzhou snacks. Visitors can take a stroll while enjoying dishes such as double-skin milk, various dim sum, etc. (Lunch is at your own expense here)

- Afterward, the group moves to visit Yongqing Fang, located in Liwan District, Guangzhou, a unique neighborhood combining historical Lingnan culture and modern creativity. It still preserves ancient architectural structures such as arcade-style houses, Bruce Lee's ancestral home, and has undergone "micro-transformation" to introduce cafes, creative cultural shops, and traditional handicraft experiences. Visitors can stroll through the alleys, take check-in photos, experience traditional crafts such as Guangzhou embroidery and Guangzhou porcelain, and feel the characteristic cultural charm of old Guangzhou combined with a modern vibe.

- After dinner, the group transfers to the airport to check in for flight CZ6089 CAN-SGN 23:25 - 01:20+1 back to Ho Chi Minh City.

- Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the tour guide bids farewell to the group. See you again.

Terms & conditions

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

  1. Round-trip airfare with the group (includes 1 piece of 23kg checked baggage + 05kg hand luggage).
  2. International travel insurance throughout the trip.
  3. Airport security fees, airline insurance, and airport taxes of both countries (subject to change at the time of ticket issuance).
    1. Standard hotel 4* local standard (2 people/room). If a customer travels alone and there is no person of the same gender in the group to share a room with, the Customer will bear the single room surcharge fee or if 3 people stay in one room, it will be a Twin/Double Room + 1 Extra Bed.

-    Shenzhen: Shen Zhen Deking Garden Inn Hotel or equivalent.

-    Guangzhou: Guangzhou Manguo International Hotel or equivalent.

  1. China group entry visa for customers with Vietnamese passports. (Scan Passport + 4x6 ID photo file with a white background) 
  2. Serving 1 bottle of mineral water/guest/day.
  3. Meals as per the itinerary (meals may be adjusted to suit the route, but the quantity and quality of meals will still be guaranteed to be equivalent or better).
  4. Air-conditioned transport vehicle throughout the trip.
  5. Sightseeing tickets as per the itinerary.
  6. Tour leader and local tour guide serving throughout the trip according to the itinerary.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
  1. Personal expenses, excess baggage, telephone, laundry, sightseeing outside the itinerary.
  2. Single room surcharge (if any) (2,000,000 VND).
  3. Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals (if any): (reference price 945,000 VND/guest).
  4. Tips for local drivers and tour guides paid abroad will be calculated according to the exchange rate at the time, with the recommended rate of 25 USD /guest/tour equivalent to 700,000 VND/guest/tour.

CHILD TOUR PRICE:

-      Infants under 2 years old: (sharing bed with adults).

-      Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old (No separate bed arrangement).

-      Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (With separate bed arrangement).

-      Children aged 11 and above: 100% adult tour price.

REFUND/CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

-      Immediately upon tour registration, deposit 50% of the total tour price. Please pay the remaining balance 14 days before departure.

-      Canceling the tour after registration incurs a 50% penalty of the deposit (+visa fee if applicable).

-      Canceling the tour 30 days in advance, penalty = 50% of the total program tour price (+visa fee if applicable) (Calculated on working days).

-      Canceling the tour 20 days in advance, penalty = 75% of the total program tour price (+visa fee if applicable) (Calculated on working days).

-      After the above period, penalty = 100% of the total program value (+visa fee if applicable). (Calculated on working days).

-      Trip cancellations must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations via phone are not accepted.

-      For cases where customers book a tour with a group of friends or family (from 2 guests or more): If one person in the group fails to get a visa, a 100% tour refund will be issued, while other remaining members who obtained their visas and cancel the tour will be subject to the general tour cancellation policy.

-    Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

NOTES

-    (Passport) Must have a validity of more than 6 months (calculated from the departure date).

-    Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, and what the tour price includes as well as excludes.

-    In case customers already have a visa, 500,000 VND will be deducted.

-    If the customer is refused departure or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (images or information in the original document are blurred, unclear, expired passport, or not complying with regulations...), the travel company will not take responsibility and will not refund the tour money.

-    Citizens must fulfill their tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be allowed to leave the country. In case an individual still owes taxes and is not allowed to leave the country, the Company is not responsible for compensating for damages.

-    Customers aged 70 and over must ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour journey, and are encouraged to travel with relatives to assist when needed. If the Customer has underlying medical conditions or poor physical health, a doctor's medical certificate is required to ensure sufficient health for overseas travel.

-    Pregnant customers please inform the tour sales staff right at the time of registration for more information. Note that a doctor's opinion is required before taking the tour.

-    Due to the nature of a group joining individual travelers, the company will accept a minimum number of 10 adult guests and ensure the group departs on schedule. In case the group does not have enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying the Customer 05 days before the departure date and will renegotiate another departure date, or refund the full amount paid by the Customer.

-    Customers who have undergone cosmetic surgery please remake a new passport with a photo matching their current appearance. If entry is denied due to passport photos differing from actual appearance, the travel company takes no responsibility and will not refund the tour price.

-    Because flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

-    Because the China visa is a group visa, travelers must enter and exit together on the exact end date of the tour.

-   Purely a tourism tour; throughout the program, customers are not allowed to leave the group. (For customers splitting from the group, the Chinese partner company will charge a group-splitting fee).

-    If customers have a separate visa, they must bring it along during the tour. Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals must bring their Vietnam re-entry visa.

-    Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by parents or an authorized person with an authorization letter from the parents.

-    The company will support dossier procedures to the best of its ability when customers are refused entry into Chinese territory.

-       In objective cases such as: terrorism, natural disasters... or due to incidents, schedule changes of public transport such as: airplanes, trains..., the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating for arising damages.

CHINA GROUP VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURES

-        Passport: Scanned or photographed, note that no corners can be missing, laid flat at 180 degrees, without fingers touching it.

4x6 photo: latest photo taken within the last 6 months to present, white background, clear facial features, no smiling, no jewelry, no photoshop editing software.

*For customers UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, please additionally submit scanned copies of the original files of the following documents:

     - BIRTH CERTIFICATE - In case of traveling with parents

     - BIRTH CERTIFICATE + AUTHORIZATION - In case of not traveling with parents

Note: In case of enclosing an authorization letter, please include a scanned copy of the passport/ID card of the Parents or legal guardian (the Authorizing person).
