Itinerary

DAY 1: HCMC - BALI (Lunch on board, Dinner)

- Guests gather at the international departure terminal of Tan Son Nhat Airport, where the tour leader guides check-in procedures and board the flight to Bali.

- Arriving at Ngurah Rai International Airport, the vehicle and tour guide welcome guests and take them to visit:

- Uluwatu Temple – also known as Pura Luhur Uluwatu, is one of the oldest temples in Bali, built in the 10th century, perched on a rugged coastal cliff. Carved from black coral rock, the temple sits on the edge of a 76-meter-high cliff overlooking the Java Sea. A majestic location perfectly suited for watching the sunset over the sea.

- The group has dinner at a restaurant.

- Afterward, check in to the hotel to rest. Free to explore Bali at night. Overnight in Bali.

DAY 2: EXPLORE UBUD - SACRED WATER TEMPLE - D’TUKAD CLUB (3 Meals)

- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The vehicle takes you to visit:

- Batik Dyeing Village - a popular dyeing method in Indonesia using melted wax to draw on fabric. According to experts' research, the craft of Batik fabric dyeing dates back 1,500 years, with archaeological specimens found in Egypt, the Middle East, Turkey, India, Japan, and West Africa. But only in Indonesia was this fabric dyeing craft developed into a decorative handcraft art. In 2009, UNESCO inscribed Batik art on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

- Tirta Empul Temple: a temple worshipped as the spiritual life of local people, a place that purifies the mind and soul, dissolving worries, sorrows, sins, or negative influences in life. In front of the temple is a sacred pool... whether locals or Hindus from around the world visiting Tampaksiring, all wish to bathe under the twelve sacred spouts, hoping to cleanse earthly dust and bad luck from body and soul, seeking blessings, comfort, and protection from the gods to bring them a healthy body, a peaceful mind, and a clear intellect. Here, you will experience wearing traditional “Sarong” attire to take photos and bathe in the sacred pool to pray for good luck and abundant health.

- The group travels to D’Tukad Club in Bongkasa village. This place offers you a stunning panoramic view of the village and valley in Bali. After lunch, you will continue to:

- Freely experience the infinity pool surrounded by nature.

- Relax and take photos with hanging bird nests, wooden teapots, boat bows, treehouses…

- Complimentary ticket for Swing – test your courage on the heaven swing.

- Complimentary 1 drink included with a lunch set of Balinese signature “pork ribs rice”.

- Blangsinga Waterfall - admire the majestic scenery surrounded by a deep green valley like a masterpiece of nature at D’Tukad.

- Return to central Kuta, where the group will enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

- Concluding a day of cultural experiences, you can rest at the hotel or freely explore, enjoy, and shop at stores along the bustling streets of Kuta.

DAY 3: HANDARA GATE – ULUN DANU WATER TEMPLE - JIMBARAN (3 Meals)

- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Depart to start sightseeing:

- Handara Gate - located in the Bedugul highlands, surrounded by green forests and tropical rainforests, this place features incredibly beautiful scenery with many spots to visit and explore.

- Ulun Danu Temple - Located at an altitude of 1,200m above sea level, also known as the Water Temple because it floats on the sacred Lake Beratan, one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, featuring romantic charm and mystical mist over the lake. It would be a great omission to visit Bali without visiting this temple.

- Have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards, return to the hotel to rest. Free time to swim at the beach.

- At the appointed time, the group travels to Jimbaran Beach and enjoys dinner with magical, flickering candlelight.

- Return to the hotel to rest, or freely explore, have fun, and shop on the bustling streets of Kuta.

Guests register in Vietnam at least 1 week in advance TO SWITCH TO THE TOUR PROGRAM TO EXPLORE THE ANGEL ISLAND OF NUSA PENIDA: (1,600,000 VND/Guest).

- Morning: English-speaking tour guide takes guests to Sanur Port to board a boat to Nusa Penida (about 1 hour).

- Upon arrival at Nusa Penida, guests will travel by private 7-seater vehicle to visit the most famous check-in points on the island:

- Angel’s Billabong – Angel's pool. The water here is emerald green and crystal clear so that you can see to the bottom. Immersing yourself in an infinity pool in the middle of nature like this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

- Broken Beach, this place looks like a bridge created by Mother Nature, resembling from afar a giant archway separating the outer sea and the inner pool, with seawater flowing into the pool through a giant hole in a broken cliff, creating a stunning scene.

- Noon: The group enjoys lunch at a local restaurant on the island.

- Visit Kelingking Beach – T-Rex Spine famous on social media platforms, also known as "T-Rex Beach" - shaped like the head of a T-Rex dinosaur due to the jutting limestone cliff.

- At the end of the tour, guests return to Sanur Port by speed boat.

- Arrive at Jimbaran Beach and enjoy dinner with magical, flickering candlelight.

DAY 4: BALI ISLAND - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)

- Guests enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Free time to relax by the pool. At the appointed time, the vehicle and tour guide take the group for sightseeing:

- Fahrenheit Koffie Factory – Learn about the production process of Bali's famous Luwak coffee.

- Krishna Local Specialty Store offering a wide variety of souvenirs and local specialties, from dried fruits to handicrafts at great prices.

- At the appointed time, the vehicle picks up the group and transfers them to the airport to complete check-in procedures for the flight back to Vietnam, bound for Ho Chi Minh City.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

1. Round-trip airfare SGN-DPS-SGN (Includes 23kg checked baggage, 10kg hand luggage).

2. Airport security fees, aviation insurance, airport taxes of both countries.

3. Air-conditioned, modern vehicle transportation throughout the itinerary.

4. Sightseeing tickets as per the itinerary.

5. 4-star Hotel: The One Legian/ The Akmani/ J4/ Crystal Kuta/ Episode Kuta/.... or equivalent. Standard (2 persons/room). In case of single male/female, triple room sharing will be arranged.

6. Bottled mineral water served throughout the tour (1 bottle of 500ml/person/day)

7. Meals as per the itinerary.

8. Experienced, enthusiastic tour leader and local tour guide serving throughout the tour according to the itinerary.

9. Travel insurance.

EXCLUDES:
1. Passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
2. Sightseeing spots not included in the itinerary.
3. Single room supplement for guests requesting a private room: 2,500,000 VND/guest/tour.
4. Tips for local tour guide and driver paid abroad will be calculated according to the exchange rate at the time, recommended rate: 20 US DOLLARS/ guest/ tour, equivalent to 560,000 VND/ guest/ tour.
5. Bali tourism tax surcharge: 280,000 VND/ guest/tour (if applicable)
6. Indonesia entry visa for foreign nationals “not on the list of Southeast Asian countries”: pay visa fee at Bali airport (~ 950,000 VND/guest).
7. Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals (if applicable): 945,000 VND/guest.
8. Excess baggage fee, transportation vehicles and tour guides outside working hours, etc.

CANCELLATION/REFUND CONDITIONS

Immediately after tour registration, pay a deposit of 50% of total tour price; the remaining amount please pay before 07 days prior to departure.

- Cancellation after registration: penalty fee is 50% of the deposit.

- Cancellation 20 days prior to departure: penalty fee = 50% of total program tour price (Calculated by working days).

- Cancellation 15 days prior to departure: penalty fee = 75% of total program tour price (Calculated by working days).

- After the above period: penalty fee = 100% of total program value (Calculated by working days).

For Holiday/Tet tours: Immediately after tour registration, pay a deposit of 50% of total tour price; the remaining amount please pay before 15 days prior to departure.

- Cancellation after registration: penalty fee is 50% of the deposit.

- Cancellation 45 days prior to departure: penalty fee = 50% of total program tour price. (Calculated by working days)

- Cancellation in or before 30 days prior to departure: penalty fee = 75% of total program tour price. (Calculated by working days)

- After the above period: penalty fee = 100% of total program value. (Calculated by working days)

Trip cancellation must be directly notified to the Company in writing or via email, phone message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation via phone call is not accepted.

NOTES:

- “Passport” must be valid for more than 6 months (Calculated from return date).

- Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, and included/excluded tour prices in the itinerary.

- If guests are refused departure or entry by immigration authorities due to personal reasons (blurred or unclear photos/information in the original document, expired passport, non-compliance with regulations, etc.), the travel company will not be held responsible and will not refund tour fees.

- Citizens must fulfill tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be permitted to depart. In case an individual still owes taxes and is not permitted to depart, the Company will not be responsible for compensating damages.

- Guests aged 70 and above must ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour itinerary, and are encouraged to travel with relatives for support when needed. If guests have underlying medical conditions or poor physical condition, a medical certificate from a Doctor is required to ensure sufficient health for overseas travel.

- Due to the nature of joining group tours, the company will accept a minimum group size of 10 adult guests and ensure the group departs on schedule. In case the group does not have enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying guests 04 days prior to departure and will agree on another departure date, or refund the full amount paid by the guest.

- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery please renew their passport reflecting their current photo. If entry is denied because the passport photo differs from actual appearance, the travel company takes no responsibility and will not refund the tour fee.

- Since flights depend on the Airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

- This is a pure sightseeing tour; guests are not allowed to leave the group throughout the program. (For guests separating from the group, the overseas company will charge a group separation fee)

- Guests using foreign passports with a single-entry Vietnam visa, please notify us upon registering for the tour.

- Overseas Vietnamese or foreign guests with a separate Vietnam loose-leaf visa must bring it along during the tour.

- Guests holding dual citizenship or a Travel Document (not yet naturalized) please notify the tour sales staff at the time of registration and submit original documents along with relevant papers (if any).

- Guests holding only a green card (temporary residence card abroad) without a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register for travel to a third country.

- Pregnant guests please notify the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further advice. Note that doctor's medical opinion is required prior to the tour. Pregnant guests of 30 weeks or more are not accepted for safety reasons.

- Children under 18 years old not accompanied by parents must have a power of attorney from parents (certified by local authorities).

- Services included in the tour will not be refunded or cancelled if unused by guests.

- Depending on actual conditions, the order of sightseeing spots in the program may change, while still ensuring all original sightseeing spots are included.

- The Travel Company is exempt from responsibility in cases of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, demonstrations, strikes, epidemics, aircraft technical malfunctions, etc., leading to flight rescheduling, cancellation, or delay, then the company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be liable to compensate for any arising damages.
