Itinerary

NIGHT 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - OSAKA

- 21:00: Please gather at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, where the tour leader will meet you and assist with check-in procedures for the flight to Kansai Airport VJ828 SGNKIX 01:00-08:30 by Vietjet.

- Overnight on board.

DAY 1: KANSAI - NARA - OSAKA (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

- Morning: Arrive at Kansai Airport, complete immigration procedures, and receive a light breakfast. Transfer to visit:

- Todaiji Temple: one of the most famous temples and a prominent symbol of Nara City. It houses a record-breaking 500-ton bronze statue of Vairocana Buddha.

- Nara Deer Park: one of Japan's most famous attractions, home to over 1,000 wild yet extremely friendly deer.

- Have lunch at a restaurant with the famous Kobe beef specialty. In the afternoon, transfer to Osaka for sightseeing:

- Osaka Castle: the main symbol of Osaka, built in the 16th century by Toyotomi Hideyoshi – the first person to complete the unification of Japan. (outside photo stop)

- Enjoy a Maiko Show: guests will enjoy a performance of traditional Japanese singing, dancing, and playing musical instruments by Maiko (apprentice Geisha). You will also have the opportunity to wear a simplified Kimono and take souvenir photos with the Maiko, an exciting experience to gain a deeper understanding of a unique traditional feature of Japanese culture.

- Evening: The group has dinner. Overnight at a 4-star hotel in Osaka.

DAY 2: OSAKA - KYOTO - NAGOYA (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

- Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. The group completes check-out procedures. Transfer to visit:

- Kiyomizu-dera Temple (familiarly known as Thanh Thuy Temple): a cultural symbol of Kyoto, famous for its unique architecture as the temple is built on solid wooden pillars along the mountainside..

- Arashiyama Bamboo Grove: a natural bamboo forest in Arashiyama, Kyoto, Japan, famous for its beautiful landscape, attracting tourists. The forest mostly consists of timber bamboo and includes several paths for tourists and visitors

- Lunch: Have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, the group transfers to Nagashima to visit:

- Visit and enjoy free shopping at Mitsui Outlet Park Jazz Dream Nagashima: one of the largest shopping malls in Japan with over 240 stores offering a wide variety of goods. You can shop from luxury brands to famous casual brands in Japan, while experiencing local cuisine and other entertainment activities.

- Evening: The group has dinner and checks into the hotel. Overnight in Nagoya.

DAY 3: NAGOYA - YAMANASHI (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

- Morning: Guests have breakfast at the hotel. The group checks out. Afterwards, experience traveling by Shinkansen - one of the prides of Japan's transportation system, the group visits:

- Mount Fuji – The highest mountain in Japan at 3,776 meters above sea level. This is also a famous scenic spot, historical landmark, and has been recognized as a World Cultural Heritage site. You will proceed to the 5th Station at an altitude of 2,300m to view Mount Fuji more clearly (weather permitting).

- Lunch: The group has lunch. Afterwards, continue visiting:

- Oshino Hakkai Cultural Village: recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage site. This is an ideal destination for those who love peace and tranquility and wish to feel the beautiful nature of Japanese tourism.

- Note: for groups departing from 01/10 – 16/10:

- Experience a Tea Ceremony – a unique cultural tradition of Japan. With its ability to help relax the mind and the special appeal of tea flavors, it has attracted many Japanese people to this pastime. The art of brewing and enjoying tea has become a distinctive culture of Japan.

- Note: for groups departing from 22/10 – 26/11:

- Maple Corridor at Lake Kawaguchi: located on the northern shore of Lake Kawaguchi, it bursts into vibrant colors every autumn with over 60 maple trees forming a romantic trail. The shades of red, orange, and yellow reflected on the quiet lake surface, blending with the majestic scenery of Mount Fuji, bring the most romantic and impressive experience of autumn in Japan.

- Evening: The group enjoys dinner at a local restaurant in Kaiseki style and savors Snow Crab specialty. Afterwards, the group heads to the hotel to check in and rest in Yamanashi.

- Experience Onsen bathing – a Japanese hot spring hydrotherapy practice.

DAY 4: YAMANASHI - TOKYO - NARITA (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

- Morning: Guests enjoy breakfast. The group checks out of the hotel. Depart for Tokyo:

- Note: for groups departing from 01/10 – 16/10:

- Imperial Palace: the residence and workplace of the Emperor of Japan, a majestic architectural masterpiece in the heart of Tokyo. Surrounded by spacious gardens and an ancient moat, this place bears a strong imprint of Japanese royal history and culture. (sightseeing and photo stop outside)

- Note: for groups departing from 22/10 – 26/11:

- Photo stop at Icho Namiki Avenue: one of the most beautiful streets in Tokyo, featuring two rows of ginkgo trees changing color to create a vibrant yellow-orange scene, brightening up the city landscape

- Lunch: The group has lunch. Afterward, continue sightseeing:

- Asakusa Temple: also known as Sensoji - featuring characteristic architecture imbued with Japanese identity, this is arguably Tokyo's oldest and most important temple. Take photos with the giant paper lantern hanging in the middle of the gate, the symbol of Asakusa. Stroll around Nakamise shopping street leading to Asakusa Temple, bustling with hundreds of stalls selling traditional goods, souvenirs, and local food.

- Tokyo Skytree TV Tower: one of the iconic symbols of Japan (photo stop outside).

- Stroll and shop at Akihabara electronics center: associated with famous anime and manga characters displayed in stores (if time permits)

- Evening: The bus takes the group for dinner, followed by check-in. Overnight stay at a 4-star hotel in Narita.

DAY 5: NARITA - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast – Light Lunch on Board)

- Morning: Guests have breakfast and check out, then the vehicle transfers the group to Narita International Airport to check in for flight Vietjet VJ823 NRTSGN 08:55 – 12:55 back to Ho Chi Minh City. The group will have lunch on the flight.

- Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport, bid farewell to the group and see you again.

Note: The itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, tidal forecasts, and port authority regulations.

Terms & conditions

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

  1. Round-trip group airfare (SGN-KIX// NRT-SGN) including 01 piece of checked baggage up to 20kg and 01 piece of hand luggage up to 7kg.
  2. Standard hotel room for 02 people/room, or triple room in case of solo travelers (1 or 3 people).

*Note: According to Japanese culture, hotels almost exclusively offer Twin rooms (02 single beds). If you wish to use a Double room (1 double bed) or Triple room (room for 3 people), the company will try to arrange it and will inform you specifically before the departure date.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
  1. Passport valid for more than 6 months.
  2. Single room supplement of 6,000,000 VNĐ (for guests requesting a single room).
  3. Personal expenses: beverages, laundry, excess baggage fees, telephone calls, photography…
  4. Tip for tour guide and driver (900,000 VNĐ /Guest/Tour)
  5. Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign passport holders.
  6. Other expenses not included in the inclusion section.

CHILD TOUR PRICE:

- Infants under 2 years old: 30% of the full adult tour price (sharing a bed with adults).

- Children from 2 years old to under 10 years old: 80% of the full adult tour price (No separate bed setup).

- Children aged 10 years and older: 100% of the adult tour price.

- Children requesting a separate bed will be charged 100% of the adult tour price.

CANCELLATION/REFUND CONDITIONS:

- If canceling the tour, guests shall pay specific tour cancellation and airfare cancellation fees as follows:

- If canceling the tour trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has granted the visa: the travel company reserves the right to cancel the granted visa, and the guest will bear the cancellation fee according to the terms below:

- Right after paying the tour deposit and 30 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee is 3,000,000 VNĐ

- 21-30 days before departure date: Pay 50% of the tour price.

- 14-21 days before departure date: Pay 70% of the tour price.

- Less than 14 days before departure date: Pay 100% of the tour price.

- In case your visa application is rejected: you will receive a 100% fee refund

(Cancellation timeline is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Holiday/Tet tours are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

- Tour cancellation with the COMPANY must be notified directly via Fax, email, or mobile text message and must be confirmed by the COMPANY. Cancellations via phone call are not accepted.

NOTE

- Guests aged 70 and older are required to have a health certificate for overseas travel issued by a doctor and sign a health commitment with the Company. The travel company will not be held responsible for any incidents occurring during the tour.

- Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform the Company upon tour registration for further advice. Guests who are 5 months pregnant or more will not be accepted for safety reasons.

- The tour price does not include Vietnam re-entry visa fees for Overseas Vietnamese & Foreigners.

- Upon registration, please submit a passport valid for more than 6 months calculated from the return date.

- In case you are denied exit or entry for personal reasons, the Company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- Overseas Vietnamese or foreigners holding a loose-leaf visa must bring it along during the tour.

- The order and details of the itinerary may change to suit objective situations (weather, traffic…)

- The COMPANY will not be responsible for guaranteeing sightseeing spots in cases of natural disasters, security incidents, aviation issues, etc.

- When registering for the tour, please read carefully the itinerary, tour price, inclusions and exclusions in the program, as well as tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. In case you do not register directly and have someone else register for you, please thoroughly learn the itinerary details from the person registering on your behalf.
