Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - SINGAPORE – CITY TOUR - JOHOR BAHRU (2 Meals)

- Guests assemble at the international departure terminal of Tan Son Nhat Airport, where the Tour Leader will assist with check-in procedures for the flight to Singapore. Upon arrival, the group completes immigration procedures. Enjoy Hainanese chicken rice for lunch.

Sightseeing:

- The wonder of Gardens by the Bay an artificial garden spanning over 100 hectares, boasting more than 250,000 rare plant species, featuring giant Supertrees that harness solar energy by day and illuminate at night.

- Take panoramic photos of the Cruise Ship located at a height of 200m atop the three hotel towers of Marina Bay Sands.

- Merlion Park (Merlion Park), the symbol of Singapore.

- Esplanade Theatre famous for its iconic Durian shape - one of Singapore's most modern theaters. It is also a world-class performing arts center.

- Continue sightseeing and shopping at: Jade Spring Gallery - Feng Shui Gemstone Shop.

- The bus and tour guide transfer the group to Tuas Checkpoint to complete exit and entry procedures into Malaysia.

- Have dinner at a local restaurant. Check in to the hotel. Free time to relax and explore the city of Johor Bahru.

DAY 2: JOHOR BAHRU - MALACCA ANCIENT TOWN - KUALA LUMPUR (3 meals)

- The group has breakfast at the hotel. Check out. Depart for Malacca, an ancient city and famous tourist destination in Malaysia, with a history of over 600 years:

 Ancient Portuguese Fortress        Cheng Hoon Teng Temple                          Dutch Square     

- Along the way, the group admires vast Rubber, Palm, and Cocoa forests. Or enjoy observing the daily life of local residents as you pass through residential areas, discovering charming wooden stilt houses along the road where Muslims on a journey can stop for prayers.

- Have lunch at a local restaurant. Continue departing for Kuala Lumpur. Visit:

- Royal Palace (Royal Palace) (photo stop outside).

- Independence Square (Independence Square).

- Thean Hou Temple (Thien Hau Temple).

- Visit Bery’s Chocolate Shop  (Chocolate shop).

- Take souvenir photos at the Twin Towers (Twin Towers).

- The group enjoys a HOTPOT MEAL at a local restaurant. Check in to the hotel and rest, or join the 4-IN-1 NIGHT TOUR “COLORFUL KUALA LUMPUR” (at your own expense).

- Experience the unique LRT elevated train and MRT underground subway system of Malaysia.

- KL Tower observation deck - admire the panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur at night.

- Take photos of the Twin Towers from the brilliantly lit Saloma Bridge.

- Experience the famous and bustling Jalan Alor Food Street, Bukit Bintang, Malaysia.

- Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

DAY 3: KUALA LUMPUR - GENTING HIGHLANDS - KUALA LUMPUR (3 meals)

- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Depart to visit:

- Batu Caves with 272 steps, a holy sanctuary for Malaysian Indians.

- Enjoy Teh Tarik (pulled milk tea) – a Malaysian specialty.

- Shop at the duty-free shop (Gem shop).

- Local specialty store (Local products).

- Latex mattress center (Latex Shop).

- The group has lunch with a KOREAN BBQ BUFFET.

- Continue the journey to Genting Highlands by cable car, which once held the record for the longest in Southeast Asia at 3.3 km - a fascinating experience as the cabins hide amidst the clouds (weather permitting. Otherwise, travel will be by bus).

- Free time for sightseeing and shopping at Malaysia's largest integrated complex, located just 51 km from the capital at an altitude of 1,800 m above sea level (Theme park tickets not included).

- Return to the capital Kuala Lumpur, have dinner at a local restaurant, and experience the specialty dish "CHILI CRAB". Overnight at the hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

DAY 4: KUALA LUMPUR - PUTRAJAYA - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

- Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel. Complete check-out procedures. The group departs to visit:

- PUTRAJAYA Area – MALAYSIA's new Administrative Center (NEW CITY) with famous tourist landmarks such as: Putra Mosque, Prime Minister's Office, Convention Center. Putrajaya is also considered a world-class smart city with an extremely modern working environment: no pollution, no social evils, no backwardness, and a refined population.

- At the appointed time, the vehicle and tour guide transfer the group to the airport to complete procedures for returning to Vietnam, taking the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Note: The itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, tidal forecasts, and port authority regulations.

Terms & conditions

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
1. Round-trip airfare SGN – SIN/ KUL - SGN (Includes 20kg checked baggage and 07kg hand luggage).
2. Airport security fees, aviation insurance, and airport taxes for both countries.
3. Air-conditioned vehicle for transportation throughout the entire itinerary.
4. Entrance tickets and meals as specified in the program.
5. Local 4* hotels. Standard 2 guests/room. In case of single male/female guests, accommodation will be in a triple room.

Johor Bahru: Holiday Inn Express/ V8/ Holmes GP Hotel/… or equivalent.

Kuala Lumpur: Cosmo/ Furama Bintang/ Dorsett Hartamas… or equivalent.

6. Complimentary bottled water: 1 bottle/guest/day.
7. Tour leader and local tour guide servicing throughout the trip according to the program.
8. Vietnam travel insurance with a maximum compensation of 220,000,000 VND in Vietnam.
9. Gift: Hat, passport cover..

EXCLUDES:
1. Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
2. Sightseeing spots not included in the program.
3. Single room supplement for guests wishing to stay in a private room: 2.900.000 vnđ/guest/tour.
    Single room supplement for guests wishing to stay in a private room: 3.100.000 vnđ/guest/tour (SUMMER, HOLIDAYS)
4. Tipping for local tour guides and drivers paid abroad will be calculated according to the exchange rate at that time, recommended rate: 20 US DOLLARS/ guest/ tour, equivalent to 560.000 VND/ guest/ tour.
5. Re-entry visa for foreign nationality guests (if any): reference price 945.000 vnđ/guest
6. Excess baggage allowance, transportation vehicle and tour guide outside scheduled hours, etc.

CANCELLATION/REFUND CONDITIONS:
Immediately after registering for the tour, deposit 50% of the total tour price; please pay the remaining balance at least 07 days prior to departure.
-   Tour cancellation after registration: penalty fee is 50% of the deposit.
-   Tour cancellation 20 days prior: penalty fee = 50% of total tour program price (Calculated on working days).
-   Tour cancellation 15 days prior: penalty fee = 75% of total tour program price (Calculated on working days).
-   After the above period: penalty fee = 100% of the total program value (Calculated on working days).
For Holiday/New Year tours: Immediately after registering for the tour, deposit 50% of the total tour price; please pay the remaining balance at least 15 days prior to departure.
-   Tour cancellation after registration: penalty fee is 100% of the deposit.
-   Tour cancellation 45 days prior: penalty fee = 50% of total tour program price. (Calculated on working days)
-   Tour cancellation on or within 30 days prior: penalty fee = 75% of total tour program price. (Calculated on working days)
-   After the above period: penalty fee = 100% of the total program value. (Calculated on working days)
The cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company in writing or via email or text message, and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation over the phone is not accepted.

NOTE:
- “Passport” Must be valid for more than 6 months (Calculated from the date of return).
- Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, and tour prices included and excluded in the program.
- If guests are refused departure or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (blurry or unclear images/information in the original document, expired passport, non-compliant passport, etc.), the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
-     Citizens must complete their tax obligations to the State and not violate laws to be allowed to depart. In case an individual owes taxes and is not permitted to depart, the Company is not responsible for compensating damages.
-     Guests aged 70 and above must ensure good enough health to participate in the tour itinerary, and are encouraged to travel with family members for mutual support when needed. If you have underlying medical conditions or poor health, a health certificate from a doctor is required to ensure sufficient health for overseas travel.
-     Due to the nature of joining individual guests into a group tour, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adult guests and ensure the tour departs according to schedule. In case there are not enough guests in the group, the company is responsible for notifying you 04 days prior to departure date and will negotiate another departure date, or fully refund the amount you have paid.
-     Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery, please renew your passport according to your current appearance. If entry is denied because the passport photo differs from your actual appearance, the travel company takes no responsibility and will not refund the tour fee.
-     As flights depend on the airline, flight schedules may change without prior notice in certain cases.
- This is a purely sightseeing tour; guests are not allowed to leave the group during the program. (For guests separating from the group, the foreign ground handler will charge a separation fee)
- Guests using foreign passports with a single-entry Vietnam visa, please inform us upon tour registration.
- Overseas Vietnamese or foreign guests holding a loose-leaf Vietnam visa must bring it along during the tour.
- Guests holding dual nationality or a Travel Document (not yet naturalized), please inform the sales staff immediately at the time of registration and submit original relevant documents (if any).
- Guests only holding a Green Card (foreign temporary residence card) without a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register for travel to a third country.
- Pregnant guests please notify the sales staff at the time of registration for further consultation. Note that a doctor's advice is required prior to the tour. Pregnant guests from 30 weeks onwards are not accepted for safety reasons.
- Children under 18 years old not accompanied by parents must have an authorization letter from parents (certified by local authorities)
- Tour services will not be refunded or canceled if unused by the customer.
- Depending on actual circumstances, the order of sightseeing spots in the program may change, but full visits to all original spots are still guaranteed.
The Travel Company is exempted from liability in cases of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, demonstrations, strikes, epidemics, aircraft technical malfunctions, etc., resulting in flight rescheduling, cancellation, or delay; the company reserves the right to alter the itinerary at any time for customer convenience and safety, and will not be liable for any arising damages.
