Itinerary

DAY 1: HCMC - PHUKET (Lunch, Dinner)

- Guests arrive at the international departure terminal of Tan Son Nhat Airport and take a flight to Phuket. Guests have lunch on the plane.

- The group arrives at Phuket Airport, welcoming guests to the kingdom of smiles, Thailand.

- Evening: The coach takes the group for dinner at a local restaurant. Afterward, return to the hotel to rest and freely explore Phuket at night.

DAY 2: PHUKET – PHI PHI ISLAND (Meals: 3)

- After having breakfast at the hotel, the tour bus and guide will take the group to explore the paradise island of Phuket:

- Phi Phi Island: a world-famous island in global tourism.

- On the way to Phi Phi Island, visitors will see MAYA Bay - the precious gem of Phi Phi Island in southern Thailand, located in the Hat Noppharat Thara - Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park of Krabi, famous for its white sand beaches surrounded by high cliffs. (Take photos from the boat).

- Arriving at Phi Phi Island, visitors are free to swim and relax to enjoy the scenery.

- The group has lunch on the island.

- In the afternoon, visitors continue sightseeing and taking photos before leaving Phi Phi to return to the mainland.

- The bus takes the group for a THAI-STYLE BBQ dinner. The group returns to the hotel to rest.

- In the evening, visitors can optionally stroll around Phuket Old Town with its preserved Sino-Portuguese architecture buildings. Visitors are free to wander and take photos here. The old town sells souvenirs and traditional Thai clothing.

- Or visitors can register for an optional tour to attend Phuket's most famous transgender cabaret show named Cabaret Show featuring meticulously selected dancers with beautiful appearances. (Self-funded)

DAY 3: PHUKET – PHROM THEP CAPE – CHALONG TEMPLE - SHOPPING (2 Meals)

- Morning: The group has breakfast at the hotel, and the tour bus picks up the group to depart.

- After lunch, the group departs to visit:

- Phrom Thep Cape – located at the southern tip of the island, it is the best place to watch the sunset in Phuket, where thousands of visitors want to set foot to check in and witness the moment the sun gradually sets on the horizon.

- Chalong Temple – an indispensable Buddhist symbol when visiting Phuket. Here, lucky strings blessed by the monks in the temple are sold to bring peace to the owner.

- Visit and shop at the Latex Rubber Mattress Production Center.

- The group has lunch, after which guests have free time to shop at the shopping centers of Central Phuket shopping malls, where guests can freely explore local dishes at the chain of dining restaurants inside the mall.

- Evening: Guests are free to stroll down the bustling and vibrant Patong nightlife street. Guests are free to experience local cuisine and have dinner at their own expense.

DAY 4: PHUKET – HCMC (3 meals)

- Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel, the group completes check-out procedures. The car takes the group for lunch. Continue to visit:

- Kathu Temple, famous for its sanctity in the beach city of Phuket.

- After that, guests head to the airport to catch a flight back to HCMC. End of the tour to the paradise of Phuket. The group has dinner on the plane.

- The group arrives in HCMC, saying goodbye to guests. See you again on the next trips.

Note: The itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, tidal forecasts, and port authority regulations.

Terms & conditions

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

1. Round-trip airfare per route SGN-HKT-SGN (including 23kg checked baggage and 10kg carry-on baggage).

2. 2-country airport taxes, tourist security fee & fuel surcharge.

3. 3* or 4* hotels standard 2 guests/room. In case of odd male/odd female, triple-sharing room will apply.

Reference hotels: Baumanburi / Devana Resort Patong / Pearl Hotel / Best Western /... or equivalent

4. Air-conditioned tourist bus serving throughout the itinerary.

5. Bottled water served throughout the itinerary.

6. Local guide serving throughout the itinerary.

7. Entrance tickets to sightseeing spots according to the program.

8. Vietnam travel insurance with a maximum compensation of 200,000,000 VND in Vietnam.

9. Tour hat, passport cover.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:

1. Passport with validity of over 6 months (calculated to the end date of the tour).

2. Tips for local tour guides and drivers paid abroad will be calculated according to the exchange rate at the time, suggested amount: 20 USD/guest/tour, equivalent to 560,000 VND/guest/tour.

3. Single room supplement (For guests requesting a single room) From January 21, 2027 – April 30, 2027: Supplement of 4,860,000/guest/3 nights.

4. Personal expenses, excess baggage.

CHILDREN'S TOUR PRICE:

- Infants under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).

- Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old (No separate bed arrangement).

- Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (With separate bed arrangement).

- Children aged 11 and above: 100% of adult tour price.

REFUND/CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

- After registration, deposit 50% of the total tour price, please pay the remaining balance 10 days before departure.

- Tour cancellation after registration incurs a penalty fee of 50% of the deposit (+visa fee if applicable).

- Tour cancellation 30 days in advance, penalty fee = 50% of the total program tour price (+visa fee if applicable) (Calculated by working days)

- Tour cancellation 20 days in advance, penalty fee = 75% of the total program tour price (+visa fee if applicable) (Calculated by working days)

- After the above period, penalty fee = 100% of the total program value (+ visa fee if applicable). (Calculated by working days)

- Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.

- Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays/Tet.

NOTES

- Passport must be valid for more than 6 months (calculated from the return date).

- Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, tour price included and excluded in the program.

- If the customer is refused departure or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (images, information in the original copy are blurred, unclear, expired passport or not according to regulations...), the travel company will not take responsibility and will not refund the tour money.

- Citizens must fulfill tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be able to exit the country. In case an individual still owes taxes and is not allowed to exit, the Company is not responsible for compensating for damages.

- Guests aged 70 and over must ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour journey, and are encouraged to travel with relatives to assist when needed. If guests have underlying medical conditions or poor physical fitness, a doctor's health certificate is required to ensure sufficient health for foreign travel.

- Due to the nature of a group joining individual guests, the company will receive a minimum number of 10 adult guests and ensure the group will depart on schedule. In case the group does not have enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying guests 04 days before the departure date and will re-negotiate another departure date, or refund all money paid by guests.

- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery, please remake a new passport with the image at the current time. If entry is not possible due to passport photos different from the actual appearance, the travel company will not take responsibility and will not refund the tour money.

- Since flights depend on the airline, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

- Purely sightseeing tour, throughout the program guests are not allowed to leave the group. (For guests separating from the group, the foreign company will charge a separate fee)

- Guests using foreign passports with a single-entry Vietnam visa, please inform us when registering for the tour.

- If guests are overseas Vietnamese or Foreigners with a separate Vietnam visa, they must bring it along during the tour.

- Guests with 2 Nationalities or Travel documents (not yet naturalized) please inform the sales staff at the time of tour registration and submit the original copy along with related documents (if any).

- Guests holding only a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no longer having a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register for travel to a third country.

- Pregnant guests please inform the sales staff right at the time of registration for further consultation. Note that doctor's approval is required before taking the tour. Pregnant guests from 30 weeks and above are not accepted for safety reasons.

- Children under 18 years old if not traveling with parents must have an authorization letter from parents (certified by local authorities)

- Services on the tour will not be refunded or canceled if customers do not use them.

- Depending on actual conditions, the order of sightseeing spots in the program may change while still ensuring all original sightseeing spots.

- The Travel Company is exempted from liability in case of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, epidemics, airplane technical issues, etc., leading to flight postponement, cancellation, or delay, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating arising damages.
