Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - ZHANGJIAJIE (Light Meal)

- The tour leader will meet you at Tan Son Nhat Airport to check in for the flight to Zhangjiajie on flight VJ2552 SGN-DYG 16:05 - 20:30 with Vietjet Air.

- Upon arrival at Zhangjiajie airport, the local guide and driver will transfer the group to the hotel.

- Overnight in Zhangjiajie.

DAY 2: ZHANGJIAJIE - FENGHUANG ANCIENT TOWN (3 Meals)

- Guests have breakfast at the hotel, check out, and depart for Fenghuang Ancient Town – an ancient town built along the Tuojiang River with a historical and cultural heritage of over 1,000 years, yet still perfectly preserving its distinctive culture and architecture. It is one of the most famous and attractive cultural relic sites and scenic spots.

- After lunch, a shuttle bus will transfer guests to the center of Fenghuang Ancient City, an ancient city located in western Hunan Province, praised by New Zealand writer Rewi Alley as the most beautiful place in China, featuring old houses leaning against the mountains and reflecting on the Tuojiang River. The bridges connecting the two banks of the river are a special highlight of this town. There are about a dozen bridges spanning the small river, ranging from stone bridges as old as the ancient city itself, zigzagging wooden bridges, and iron bridges to large concrete bridges for motor vehicles. Featuring famous landmarks (Hong Bridge, Jumping Stones Bridge, East Gate Tower, Wanming Pagoda).

- After dinner, the group is free to explore and go sightseeing in Fenghuang Ancient Town.

- Overnight stay in Fenghuang Ancient Town.

DAY 3: FENGHUANG ANCIENT TOWN - ZHANGJIAJIE (3 Meals)

- Guests have breakfast, check out of the hotel, and the tour guide takes you to visit Miao Village – experiencing the culture of the Miao people.

- The group explores the architecture of the Miao people, green stone-paved streets in the ancient town, wooden stilt houses along the river, and numerous ancient buildings and rich Miao customs that create the unique charm of an ancient Chinese town.

- The group has lunch, then takes the vehicle back to Zhangjiajie. Guests continue shopping at the Chinese Medicine Center and learn about the history and culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

- The group continues to visit Junsheng Sandstone Art Academy – a display center for Hunan art paintings, where guests can admire unique artistic works crafted from natural materials such as sand, stone fragments, and natural plants... creating magnificent paintings with miniature landscapes of China.

- The group has dinner and spends the night in Zhangjiajie.

- Guests can watch the famous Romantic Show (Tian Gu Qing), staged by renowned director Zhang Yimou with a cast of over 600 dancers along with grand sound and lighting systems; set against the backdrop of Tianmen Mountain, this musical performance will bring audiences unforgettable emotions (At Own Expense).

DAY 4: ZHANGJIAJIE – TIANMEN MOUNTAIN (3 meals)

- After breakfast, you will depart for shopping at the Silk Shop.

- The group will visit Tianmen Mountain, a very famous mountain known for its road in the sky and the cable car system at Tianmen, which is claimed in travel publications as the "longest cable car on the highest mountain in the world". You will walk along the Cliffside Path - a narrow walkway alongside the towering cliff of Tianmen peak, about 40m long. Here, you can admire the endless rolling mountains right beneath your feet at an altitude of 1,400m, feeling as if you are walking on clouds. Take the mountain-penetrating escalator, a masterpiece of human engineering.

- After lunch, visit and take photos outside 72 Qilou – a towering, massive, and magnificent building located at the intersection of Wulingshan Avenue and Shadi Avenue. With its unique and highly iconic architecture, the building attracts numerous domestic and international tourists to visit and explore.

- You can sign up to visit the Grand Canyon, also known as the Glass Bridge - this famous glass-bottom bridge is 6m wide and 430m long, spanning across 2 cliffs at a height of 300m and overlooking Zhangjiajie Park, considered the highest and longest bridge in the world (at your own expense).

- OR join a boat tour on Baofeng Lake, a picturesque landscape painting that you cannot miss when visiting the Zhangjiajie tourist area. The grandeur of nature along with the unique characteristics of local culture will leave you with unforgettable memories (at your own expense).

- The group will have dinner and stay overnight in Zhangjiajie.

DAY 5: ZHANGJIAJIE - HO CHI MINH CITY (3 meals)

- The group has breakfast at the hotel and checks out. The group visits the Gemstone & Jewelry Center – a showcase of unique silk products alongside exquisite gems characteristic of the Zhangjiajie region.

- The group enjoys lunch at a local restaurant and visits Dayongqiao Park, a riverside stop along the Lishui River to admire the vibrant golden and red foliage and enjoy the cool autumn breeze. This location boasts an unobstructed view facing the majestic Tianmen Mountain range, beautifully hazy in the autumn mist. It is an ideal spot for visitors to relax, watch the sunset, and experience the peaceful local lifestyle of Zhangjiajie City.

- Enjoy free time strolling around Dayong Old Town, a cultural and tourism complex reconstructing the more than 2,200-year-old historical center of ancient Zhangjiajie, highlighted by historic streets and stilt houses (diaojiaolou) deeply reflecting the architecture of the Tujia ethnic group. Guests can walk and take in the scenery along the Lishui River, savor street food, and watch unique traditional art performances.

- After dinner, the bus transfers the group to the airport to complete departure procedures and board flight VJ2553 DYG-SGN 21:30 – 00:45+1 back to Ho Chi Minh City.

- Arriving at Tan Son Nhat Airport, the group completes immigration procedures and collects their luggage. The tour leader bids farewell to guests – Ending a wonderful trip!

Note: The itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, tidal forecasts, and port authority regulations.

Terms & conditions

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: 

1. Round-trip group air tickets on Charter flights of Vietjet Air.  (includes 1 piece of 20kg checked baggage + 07kg hand luggage)

2. International travel insurance throughout the tour.

3. Airport security fees, aviation insurance, and airport taxes of both countries (subject to change at the time of ticket issuance).

4. Group entry visa to China for guests with Vietnamese passports. (Passport scan + 4*6 photo FILE with white background

5. Local standard 4* hotels (2 people/room). If a solo traveler cannot be paired with a same-sex group member, a single supplement fee will apply, or if 3 people share a room, it will be a Twin/Double Room + 1 Extra Bed.

Zhangjiajie: Zhangjiajie Guoji Hotel or Weiyena Hotel (or equivalent)

Fenghuang: Fenghuang Guobin Hotel or Longjinzhan Hotel (or equivalent).

6. 1 bottle of mineral water/guest/day.

7. Meals as specified in the itinerary (meals may be adjusted according to destinations while still ensuring sufficient quantity and equivalent or better quality).

8. Air-conditioned vehicle for transportation throughout the tour.

9. Sightseeing tickets as per the itinerary.

10. Tour leader and local tour guide serving throughout the tour itinerary.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:

1. Personal expenses, excess baggage fees, telephone calls, laundry, and sightseeing outside the itinerary.

2. Single supplement fee (if applicable) (3,000,000 VND).

3. Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals (if applicable): (reference price 945,000 VND/guest).

4. Tipping for local drivers and guides paid abroad will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time, with a recommended amount of 25 USD/guest/tour equivalent to 675,000/guest/tour.

CHILD TOUR PRICE: 

- Infants under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing a bed with adults).

- Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old (No separate bed policy).

- Children from 2 years to under 11 years old: 100% (With separate bed).

- Children aged 11 and above: 100% of adult tour price.

CANCELLATION/REFUND CONDITIONS:

- Right after tour registration, pay a deposit of 50% of the total tour price. Please pay the remaining balance at least 14 days prior to departure.

- Tour cancellation after registration incurs a penalty fee of 50% of the deposit (+ visa fee if any).

- Tour cancellation at least 30 days prior to departure penalty fee = 50% of the total tour package price (+ visa fee if any) (Based on working days)

- Tour cancellation at least 20 days prior to departure penalty fee = 75% of the total tour package price (+ visa fee if any) (Based on working days)

- After the above period penalty fee = 100% of the total tour package value (+ visa fee if any). (Based on working days)

- Tour cancellation must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation via phone call is not accepted.

- For guests booking a tour with a group of friends or family (2 or more guests): If a member of the group fails to obtain a visa, a 100% tour refund will be provided for that person; the remaining members who have obtained visas and cancel the tour will be subject to the general cancellation policy.

- Cancellation time is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

NOTES

- (Passport) Must be valid for more than 6 months (Calculated from the departure date).

- Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, inclusions, and exclusions of the tour.

- If you already have a visa, a discount of 500,000 VND will be applied.

- If guests are denied exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (blurry or unclear photos/information in the original document, expired or non-compliant passport, etc.), the travel agency will not be held responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- Citizens must fulfill tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be allowed exit. In the event an individual owes tax debts and is not permitted to exit, the Company will not be responsible for compensating any damages.

- Guests aged 70 and above must ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour itinerary; travelling accompanied by a relative is recommended for support when needed. If guests have underlying health conditions or poor physical condition, a medical certificate from a doctor is required to ensure sufficient health for overseas travel.

- Pregnant guests please inform the tour sales staff at the time of booking for further advice. Please note that medical approval from a doctor is required prior to taking the tour.

- Due to the nature of joined group tours, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adult guests to guarantee departure on schedule. In case the group does not reach enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying you 05 days prior to departure to agree on another departure date or refund the total amount paid.

- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery please reapply for a new passport reflecting their current appearance. If entry is denied due to the passport photo differing from actual appearance, the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- As flights depend on the airlines, flight schedules may change without prior notice in certain cases.

- As the China visa is a group visa, guests must travel together and return on the exact end date of the tour.

- This is a pure sightseeing tour, guests are not allowed to separate from the group throughout the program. (For guests separating from the group, the Chinese partner company will collect a group separation fee) (Depending on specific cases, please contact staff for support and detailed information).

- If guests have a loose-leaf visa, it must be brought along on the tour. Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals must bring a Vietnam re-entry visa.

- Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by parents or an authorized person with a power of attorney from parents.

- The company will assist with documentation procedures to the best of its ability if guests are denied entry into China.

- In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters... or due to incidents or schedule changes of public transport means such as airplanes, trains... the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be held responsible for compensating any arising damages.

CHINA GROUP VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURES 

- Passport: Scanned or photographed, noting not to cut off corners, laid flat at 180 degrees, without fingers showing.

- 4x6 photo: latest photo taken within the last 6 months, white background, showing facial features clearly, no smiling, no jewelry, no photoshop editing software used.
