Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - SHENZHEN (3 Meals)

- The tour leader will welcome you at Tan Son Nhat Airport to complete check-in procedures for flight CZ8474 SGN-SZX 02:25 – 05:45 to Shenzhen.

- Upon arrival at Shenzhen Airport, the group will complete immigration procedures. The bus and tour guide will pick up the group and take you to enjoy breakfast featuring traditional Dim Sum dishes.

- Afterwards, the group will travel to visit the Foshan Ancestral Temple, a famous ancient architectural work over 900 years old rich in traditional Lingnan architecture. This is a long-standing cultural symbol of Foshan City, highlighted by delicate carving arts, intricate ceramic tile roofs, and an ancient space characteristic of Southern China.

- The Ancestral Temple complex is also home to the essence of Chinese martial arts with:

- Wong Fei-hung Memorial Hall, a place preserving and recreating the life of the legendary martial artist Wong Fei-hung, a famous icon of Chinese martial arts. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn about Guangdong martial arts history, traditional lion dance arts, and many photos and artifacts associated with the life of the renowned master.

- Ip Man Memorial Hall, a sightseeing area displaying many images, artifacts, and documents about the Wing Chun school of martial arts, helping visitors learn more about the essence of traditional martial arts.

- You will also have the opportunity to enjoy spectacular lion dance, dragon dance, or Kung Fu performances steeped in Cantonese culture here (performances depend on the schedule at the attraction).

- The group will have lunch at a restaurant, after which the bus and tour guide will transfer the group to Guangzhou.

- After dinner, the group returns to the hotel to rest. Overnight in Guangzhou.

DAY 2: GUANGZHOU - ZHONGSHAN - SHENZHEN (2 Meals)

- The group has breakfast at the hotel, then completes check-out procedures.

- The group visits Chimelong Safari Park, one of China's largest and most famous safari parks, home to more than 20,000 rare animals from all over the world. You will experience an aerial cable car and a unique mini train to view the animals in a semi-wild environment. This park is famous for the world's only surviving panda triplets: Meng Meng – Ku Ku – Shuai Shuai, along with many rare species such as white tigers, South China tigers, koalas, golden snub-nosed monkeys, and many other remarkable animals (includes aerial cable car and mini train). Lunch at the park is at your own expense.

- Continue to visit Ju Xiang Yuan – a famous traditional pastry brand in Zhongshan. Here, you and your family can experience hands-on almond cake making (DIY), while enjoying complimentary local specialties such as almond cakes, chicken biscuits, etc.

- After dinner at a restaurant, the group departs for Shenzhen and stays overnight in Shenzhen.

DAY 3: SHENZHEN - FREE DAY (1 Meal)

- After breakfast, you are free to explore Shenzhen City on your own or you can register for one of the following two optional tours: (at your own expense)

- Watch the grand musical show Splendid China - Folk Culture, a large-scale, magnificent performance rated as a "must-see in a lifetime" offering a visual feast and soul-stirring emotions.

- Enjoy lunch with the signature Crystal Chicken dish.

- Explore Sea World Bar Street - a vibrant nightlife entertainment area.

 

2. (Includes round-trip transfer vehicle cost and comprehensive service fee)

- Visit Shenzhen Safari Park, where you can admire rare animal species such as Giant Pandas and White Tigers.

- Next, explore the Yuehai – Shenzhen Bay area. This is the most modern coastal urban area in Shenzhen, home to a high concentration of China's leading technology corporations. This area is planned after the “Silicon Valley of China” model. From here, you can admire panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay, creating a highly distinctive urban - sea - tech landscape.

- Afterwards, continue to explore Huaqiangbei - China's No. 1 Electronics Street, a paradise for tech devices. In addition, this area gathers many local eateries and restaurants featuring unique culinary specialties. You are free to enjoy the local cuisine here.

- Overnight in Shenzhen.

DAY 4: SHENZHEN - HO CHI MINH CITY (2 Meals)

- After breakfast, guests check out of the hotel. The group visits and takes photos at the Happy Harbour complex, a large-scale coastal cultural and tourism complex combining ocean scenery, resort amenities, dining, and shopping. This place stands out with its romantic seascape. Guests can experience the romantic Bay Glory Ferris Wheel – a popular check-in spot among young people (at own expense). Visit the Gangxia North Metro Station area – a famous subway station with modern architecture, praised as the most beautiful metro station in Shenzhen.

- The tour guide arranges a time to take the group for lunch. Afterwards, guests are free to stroll and shop at Dongmen Market – Shenzhen's famous wholesale market offering products at the best prices in Shenzhen.

- The group transfers to the airport to check in for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City (Please check the daily departure schedule for detailed flight times).

- Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the tour guide bids farewell to the group. See you again.

Terms & conditions

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

  1. Round-trip airfare with the group (including 1 piece of 23kg + 05kg luggage)
  2. International travel insurance throughout the trip.
  3. Airport security fees, aviation insurance, and airport taxes of both countries (subject to change at the time of ticket issuance).
  4. Standard hotel local 4* (2 people/room). If traveling solo and there is no same-sex person in the group to share a room, guests will bear the single room surcharge fee or if 3 people stay in one room, it will be a Twin/Double Room + 1 Extra Bed.

-    Shenzhen:Shen Zhen Deking Garden Inn Hotel or equivalent. 

-    Guangzhou: Guangzhou Manguo International Hotel or equivalent. 

  1. Chinese group entry visa for Vietnamese passport holders. (Passport scan + 4x6 photo file with white background) 
  2. 1 bottle of mineral water/guest/day served.
  3. Meals as per the program (meals may change to suit the route, but the quantity and quality of equivalent or better meals are still guaranteed).
  4. Air-conditioned transport vehicle throughout the trip.
  5. Sightseeing tickets as per the program.
  6. Tour leader and local guide serving throughout the program.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
  1. Personal expenses, overweight luggage, telephone, laundry, sightseeing outside the program.
  2. Single room surcharge (if any) (2,500,000 VND).
  3. Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals (if any): (reference price 945,000 VND/guest).
  4. Tips for local drivers and tour guides paid abroad will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the recommended rate of 30 US dollars /guest/tour equivalent to 840,000 VND/guest/tour.

CHILD TOUR PRICE:

-      Infants under 2 years old: (sharing bed with adults).

-      Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old (No separate bed policy).

-      Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (With separate bed policy).

-      Children aged 11 and above: 100% of adult tour price.

REFUND/CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

-      Immediately after tour registration, deposit 50% of the total tour price. Please pay the remaining balance 14 days before departure.

-      Tour cancellation after registration incurs a penalty fee of 50% of the deposit (+visa fee if applicable).

-      Tour cancellation 30 days in advance penalty fee = 50% of the total program tour price (+visa fee if applicable) (Calculated on working days)

-      Tour cancellation 20 days in advance penalty fee = 75% of the total program tour price (+visa fee if applicable) (Calculated on working days)

-      After the above period, penalty fee = 100% of the total program value (+ visa fee if applicable). (Calculated on working days)

-      Trip cancellation must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, phone message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone call is not accepted.

-      In case customers book a tour with a group of friends or family (from 2 guests or more): If one person in the group fails to get a visa, 100% of the tour price will be refunded; other remaining members who have obtained a visa and cancel the tour will be subject to the general tour cancellation policy.

-    Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays/Tet holidays.

NOTES

-    (Passport) Must have a validity of more than 6 months (Calculated from the departure date).

-    Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, tour price inclusions as well as exclusions in the program.

-    In case customers already have a visa, 500,000 VND will be deducted

-    If the customer is refused exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (image or information in the original document is blurred, unclear, expired passport or not complying with regulations...), the travel company will not take responsibility and will not refund the tour price.

-    Citizens must fulfill their tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be allowed to exit.  In case an individual still owes taxes and is not allowed to exit, the Company is not responsible for compensating damages.

-    Guests aged 70 and over need to ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour journey, and are encouraged to travel with relatives to support when needed. If guests have underlying medical conditions or poor physical condition, a doctor's health certificate is required to ensure sufficient health for overseas travel.

-    Pregnant guests please notify the tour sales staff right at the time of registration for further information and consultation. Note that a doctor's approval is required before taking the tour.

-    Due to the nature of a retail group, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adult guests and ensure the group departs on schedule. In case the group does not have enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying guests 05 days before the departure date and will re-negotiate another departure date, or refund the full amount paid by guests.

-    Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery please re-issue a new passport with photos matching your current appearance. If entry is denied due to passport photos differing from actual appearance, the travel company takes no responsibility and will not refund the tour price.

-    Since flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

-    Because the Chinese visa is a group visa, members must travel together and return on the exact end date of the tour.

-   Purely a sightseeing tour, guests are not allowed to leave the group throughout the program. (For customers separating from the group, the Chinese company will charge a group-splitting fee).

-    If guests have a separate visa, they must bring it along on the tour. Overseas Vietnamese or foreign guests must bring a Vietnam re-entry visa.

-    Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by parents or an authorized person with an authorization letter from parents.

-    The company will support documentation procedures within its capacity when guests are refused entry into Chinese territory.

In objective cases such as: terrorism, natural disasters... or due to incidents, schedule changes of public transport vehicles such as: airplanes, trains... the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating arising damages.

CHINESE GROUP VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURES

-        Passport: Scan or take a photo, note that corners must not be cut off, flattened 180 degrees, without fingers covering it.

4x6 photo: latest photo within 6 months to present, white background, clear facial features, no smiling, no jewelry, no photoshop editing software used.
