Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - CHENGDU (1 Meal)

-  The tour leader will welcome you at Tan Son Nhat Airport to check in for flight 3U3904 SGN-TFU to Chengdu (Please check the daily departure schedule for specific flight times).

- Upon arrival at Tianfu Airport in Chengdu, the group will complete immigration procedures.

- The tour guide will meet the group and transfer to Kuanzhai Alley - these alleys are car-free and dedicated to those who enjoy strolling.

- You will have dinner and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Chengdu.

DAY 2: CHENGDU - JIUZHAIGOU (3 Meals)

- The group has breakfast at the hotel and completes check-out procedures. The group visits the Chengdu Giant Panda Park (electric cart not included) - considered a Paradise Home for pandas, an adorable endangered species. The research center is located 15km from the city center, covering a total area of 1,000 hectares, and is a key panda conservation center in China.

- After lunch, the group transfers to the Huanglong high-speed train station to depart for Jiuzhaigou.

- Upon arrival, the group attends a traditional Tibetan welcome banquet.

- Guests check in to the hotel and spend the night in Jiuzhaigou.

DAY 3: JIUZHAIGOU (3 Meals)

- After breakfast, the group visits Jiuzhaigou - known as heaven on earth with magnificent naturally carved mountain and water landscapes. A masterpiece consisting of 12 mountain peaks, over 100 lakes, 17 waterfalls, and a rich variety of flora and fauna amidst a karst mountain region at an average altitude ranging from 2,000m to 4,000m.

- Upon arrival, guests enjoy lunch.

- Afterwards, guests transfer to an Eco-tourist Shuttle Bus to visit lakes formed from sedimentary limestone with main spots including: Long Lake, Sleeping Tiger Lake, Sparking Lake, Double Dragon Lake, Swan Lake, Mirror Lake, Primeval Forest... Here, guests have the opportunity to admire breathtaking natural waterfall clusters such as: Shuzheng Waterfall, Nuorilang Waterfall, Pearl Shoal...

- Guests have dinner at a local restaurant and rest at the hotel or sign up to watch the Jiuzhai Romantic Show (at own expense).

DAY 4: JIUZHAIGOU - CHENGDU (3 Meals)

- The group has breakfast at the hotel, and guests depart back to Chengdu.

- On the way, the group visits Chuanzhusi Town in Songpan County, Ngawa Prefecture, home to four ethnic groups: Tibetan, Hui, Han, and Qiang. Visit the Aba Pure Land store and the Tibetan Cultural Village.

- The group has lunch, then moves to the high-speed train station to return to Chengdu.

- Upon arriving in Chengdu, guests enjoy Chengdu hotpot.

- The group checks in and rests in Chengdu.

DAY 5: CHENGDU - LESHAN - CHENGDU (3 Meals)

- The group has breakfast at the hotel and completes check-out procedures. Visit and shop at Bao Shu Tang.

- Upon arriving in Leshan, the group has lunch and travels to Leshan, taking a boat tour to visit the Leshan Giant Buddha, also known as the Lingyun Giant Buddha or Jiading Giant Buddha, the tallest stone Buddha statue in the world. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the stone statue faces Mount Emei and the river flowing beneath the Buddha's feet. Guests will view the Sleeping Buddha from a distance.

- The group returns to Chengdu for dinner and heads back to the hotel to rest. Guests can choose to watch the Sichuan Opera (Sichuan face-changing show) - at their own expense.

DAY 6: CHENGDU - HO CHI MINH CITY (2 Meals)

- The group has breakfast at the hotel and checks out. The group moves to visit Luodai Ancient Town - The Dai Ngu Hai Duong in Chengdu. Luodai Ancient Town became the earliest street in the Three Kingdoms period and became a colonial-style town in the early Song dynasty, being the best-preserved Hakka ancient town in the suburbs of Chengdu.

- After lunch, visitors will visit Chunxi Road - the busiest commercial street in central and western China. There are over 700 different shops on this bustling street. In addition, Chengdu's traditional snacks are one of the irresistible attractions of Chunxi Road (Dinner at own expense).

- Afterward, the group transfers to the airport to complete procedures for flight 3U3903 TFU-SGN back to Ho Chi Minh City (For specific flight times, please refer to the daily departure schedule).

- Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the tour guide bids farewell to the group. See you again.

Note: The itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, tidal forecasts, and port authority regulations.

Terms & conditions

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: 

1. Group round-trip airfare (including 1 checked bag of 23kg + 07kg of hand luggage)

2. International travel insurance throughout the tour.

3. Airport security fees, aviation insurance, airport taxes of 2 countries (subject to change at the time of ticket issuance).

4. Standard local 4* hotel (2 people/room). If a guest is traveling alone and there is no same-sex person in the group to share with, the guest will pay a single supplement fee, or if 3 people stay in one room, it will be a Twin/Double Room + 1 Extra Bed.

- Jiuzhaigou: Celebrity Hotel/Jiugong Hotel/Sanroyal International Hotel or equivalent.

- Chengdu: Hangchen International Hotel/River Hotel Chengdu or equivalent.

5. Group entry visa to China for guests with Vietnamese passports. (Passport scan + 4*6 photo FILE on white background) 

6. 1 bottle of mineral water/guest/day.

7. Meals as per the itinerary (meals may change to suit the destinations, but sufficient quantity and equivalent or better quality are guaranteed).

8. Air-conditioned vehicle for transportation throughout the tour.

9. Sightseeing tickets as per the itinerary.

10. Tour leader and local guide serving throughout the tour according to the itinerary.

TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

1. Personal expenses, excess baggage fees, phone calls, laundry, sightseeing outside the itinerary.

2. Single supplement fee (if any) (3.500.000VNĐ).

3. Guests with foreign nationality, surcharge of 2.000.000VNĐ/Guest (Surcharge does not apply to overseas Vietnamese guests).

4. Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals (if any): (reference price 945.000VNĐ/guest).

5. Tips for local driver and tour guide paid overseas will be calculated according to the exchange rate at the time recommended level of 30 US dollars /guest/tour equivalent to 840.000/guest/tour.

CHILD TOUR PRICE: 

- Infants under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).

- Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old (Without separate bed policy).

- Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (With separate bed policy).

- Children aged 11 and older: 100% of adult tour price.

CANCELLATION/REFUND CONDITIONS:

- Immediately after tour registration, a deposit of 50% of total tour price is required, please pay the remaining balance 14 days before departure.

- Cancellation after registration penalty fee is 50% of the deposit (+visa fee if any).

- Cancellation 30 days prior, penalty fee = 50% of total tour price (+visa fee if any) (Calculated by working days)

- Cancellation 20 days prior, penalty fee = 75% of total tour price (+visa fee if any) (Calculated by working days)

- After the above time, penalty fee = 100% of total program value (+ visa fee if any). (Calculated by working days)

- Trip cancellation must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, SMS, and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation over the phone is not accepted.

- For guests booking a tour with a group of friends or family (2 guests or more): If one person in the group fails to get a visa, they will receive a 100% tour refund; for other members who obtained visas but cancel the tour, general cancellation policies will apply.

- Tour cancellation time is calculated on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

NOTES

- (Passport) Must be valid for over 6 months (Calculated from departure date).

- Before registering for the tour, please read carefully the tour program, terms, and included as well as excluded tour prices in the itinerary.

- If you already have a visa, 500.000 VNĐ will be deducted

- If a customer is refused exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (blurry or unclear images/information in the original document, expired passport, or non-compliant passport...), the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- Citizens must fulfill tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be allowed to exit the country. In cases where an individual owes taxes and is not permitted to exit, the Company is not responsible for compensating damages.

- Guests aged 70 and older must ensure good enough health to participate in the tour itinerary; it is recommended to travel with relatives for assistance when needed. If you have underlying medical conditions or poor physical condition, a doctor's medical certificate is required to ensure sufficient health for traveling abroad.

- Pregnant guests please inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further advice. Please note that a doctor's opinion is required before taking the tour.

- Due to the nature of a join-in group tour, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adult guests and ensure the group departs on schedule. If the group does not have enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying you 05 days prior to departure and will agree on another departure date, or refund the total amount you paid.

- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery please re-apply for a new passport matching your current appearance. If entry is denied due to the passport photo differing from actual appearance, the travel company is not responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- As flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

- As the China visa is a group visa, members must arrive and depart together on the exact tour end date.

- This is a purely sightseeing tour; throughout the itinerary, guests are not allowed to leave the group. (For guests leaving the group, the Chinese company will charge a group-leaving fee). (Depending on each case, please contact staff for support and detailed information).

- If guests have a loose-leaf visa, it must be brought along during the tour. Overseas Vietnamese or foreign guests must bring a Vietnam re-entry visa.

- Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by parents or an authorized person with an authorization letter from parents.

- The company will assist with documentation procedures to the best of its ability if you are refused entry into China.

- In objective cases such as: terrorism, natural disasters... or due to incidents or schedule changes of public transport means such as: airplanes, trains... the Company reserves the right to change the route at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating arising damages.

PROCEDURES FOR CHINA GROUP VISA APPLICATION 

- Passport: Scanned or photographed, note not to crop corners, lay flat at 180 degrees, no fingers showing.

- 4x6 photo: latest photo within 6 months to present, white background, facial features clearly visible, no smiling, no jewelry, no photoshop editing software used.
