रात और दिन 1: हो ची मिन्ह सिटी - चिंगदाओ
- यात्री तान सोन न्हात अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर उपस्थित होते हैं, टूर लीडर यात्रियों का स्वागत करता है और उड़ान संख्या SC4646 SGN-TAO 02:05 – 08:15 के तहत चिंगदाओ हवाई अड्डे के लिए उड़ान भरने की प्रक्रिया पूरी करता है।
- दल विमान में ही रात बिताएगा।दिन 1: किंगदाओ (दोपहर का भोजन, रात का भोजन)
- सुबह: किंगदाओ जियाओदोंग अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर पहुँचना, आव्रजन औपचारिकताएँ पूरी करना। भ्रमण के लिए आगे बढ़ना:
- पियर (栈桥): किंगदाओ की 100 वर्ष से अधिक पुरानी प्रतिष्ठित संरचना, जो सर्दियों में रहने वाले साइबेरियन सीगल को देखने के लिए एक प्रसिद्ध स्थान है।
- सेंट माइकल चर्च (圣弥厄尔教堂): चीन के किंगदाओ में सबसे प्रसिद्ध कैथोलिक चर्च है। (बाहर से दर्शन और तस्वीरें लेना)।
- लीयुआन पुराना इमारत क्षेत्र (老建筑里院): विशिष्ट लीयुआन वास्तुकला के साथ पुराने शहर की गलियों में घूमना, किंगदाओ के दैनिक जीवन और सौ साल पुराने शहरी माहौल का अनुभव करना।
- स्थानीय रेस्तरां में दोपहर का भोजन। दोपहर में, मेहमान भ्रमण के लिए आगे बढ़ते हैं:
- लोंगजियांग रोड कॉमिक स्ट्रीट (龙江路漫画街): अनूठी कला कॉमिक स्ट्रीट पर घूमना और चेक-इन करना।
- बादागुआन (八大关): कई देशों की शैली वाली स्थापत्य शैली का परिसर, जो कभी किंगदाओ का एक प्रसिद्ध रिसॉर्ट क्षेत्र था।
- स्थानीय रेस्तरां में रात का भोजन। उसके बाद दल होटल के लिए रवाना होता है और कमरे की चाबियाँ लेकर आराम करता है।
- किंगदाओ में रात्रि विश्राम।
दिन 2: किंगदाओ (नाश्ता, दोपहर का भोजन)
- सुबह: यात्री होटल में नाश्ता करते हैं। वाहन समूह को भ्रमण के लिए ले जाता है:
- शाज़िकोऊ लिटिल इटली (小意大利·沙子口): मछुआरों का गाँव जिसे “लिटिल इटली” कहा जाता है, रंग-बिरंगे घरों और लंगर डाले हुई मछली पकड़ने वाली नावों से सुसज्जित एक छिपा हुआ गंतव्य है, जो बेहद प्रभावशाली दृश्य प्रस्तुत करता है।
- शियाओमाइ द्वीप (小麦岛): विस्तृत घास के मैदानों और तटीय चट्टानों के साथ बिना किसी बाधा के 270° समुद्र का नज़ारा, एक आरामदायक माहौल और सुंदर चेक-इन स्थान प्रदान करता है।
- स्थानीय रेस्तरां में दोपहर का भोजन। दोपहर में, भ्रमण जारी रहता है:
- किंगदाओ बीयर संग्रहालय (青岛啤酒博物馆): किंगदाओ बीयर ब्रांड के 100 से अधिक वर्षों के इतिहास की खोज करने का गंतव्य है। यहाँ, यात्रियों को बीयर बनाने की प्रक्रिया के बारे में जानने, विभिन्न युगों के बीयर बनाने के उपकरणों को देखने तथा छवियों, कलाकृतियों, उत्पादन उपकरणों के साथ-साथ बीयर के इतिहास और संस्कृति के संयोजन वाली आधुनिक प्रदर्शनियों के माध्यम से बीयर संस्कृति का पता लगाने का अवसर मिलेगा।
- ताइदोंग पैदल यात्री सड़क (台东步行街): कई आकर्षक स्ट्रीट फूड के साथ प्रसिद्ध फूड स्ट्रीट, जो बीयर एक्सचेंज पर चेक-इन के साथ संयुक्त है।
- समूह अपने आप रात का भोजन करता है। उसके बाद समूह होटल वापस आकर आराम करता है।
- किंगदाओ में रात भर विश्राम।
दिन 3 : चिंगदाओ - कंसाइ - ओसाका (नाश्ता, दोपहर का भोजन, रात का भोजन)
- सुबह: यात्री होटल में सुबह का नाश्ता करते हैं। समूह चेक-आउट की औपचारिकताएं पूरी करता है। कंसाई के लिए उड़ान भरने हेतु औपचारिकताएं पूरी करने के लिए हवाई अड्डे की ओर प्रस्थान करें SC4091 TAO-KIX 08:00 – 11:25।
- कंसाइ हवाई अड्डे पर पहुंचने पर, यात्री प्रवेश (इमिग्रेशन) औपचारिकताएं पूरी करते हैं। समूह कोबे के लिए प्रस्थान करता है और दोपहर का भोजन करता है। उसके बाद, दर्शनीय स्थलों की यात्रा के लिए प्रस्थान करें:
- हाकुत्सुरू साके ब्रेवरी संग्रहालय (Hakutsuru Sake Brewery): जापान के कोबे में एक प्रसिद्ध पर्यटन स्थल। यात्री जापान में साके शराब बनाने की प्रक्रिया के बारे में जानेंगे, और जापानी लोगों द्वारा इस महत्वपूर्ण शराब को बनाने की विधि को समझने के बाद उन्हें कुछ प्रकार की साके शराब का स्वाद चखने के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाएगा।

- शाम: समूह रात का भोजन करता है। कोबे होटल में रात्रि विश्राम।
दिन 4: कोबे - क्योतो - ओसाका (नाश्ता, दोपहर का भोजन, रात का खाना)
- सुबह: यात्री नाश्ता करते हैं। दल चेक-आउट की प्रक्रिया पूरी करता है। क्योतो के लिए रवाना होते हैं, दल दर्शन करता है:
- फुशिमी इनारी मंदिर: 1000 से अधिक चमकदार तोरी द्वारों और पवित्र नारंगी-लाल रंगों के साथ पौराणिक हजार द्वारों के मंदिर के रूप में जाना जाता है।
- दोपहर: दल दोपहर का भोजन करता है। उसके बाद आगे की सैर जारी रखता है:
- अराशियामा बांस का जंगल: जापान के क्योतो के अराशियामा में एक प्राकृतिक बांस का जंगल, जो अपने सुंदर दृश्यों के लिए प्रसिद्ध है, पर्यटकों को आकर्षित करता है। इस जंगल में मुख्य रूप से मोसो बांस शामिल है और इसमें पर्यटकों और आगंतुकों के लिए कई रास्ते शामिल हैं।
- चाय समारोह का अनुभव: जापानी संस्कृति के सार की खोज करें। यहाँ, यात्री विशिष्ट जापानी चाय के स्वाद का आनंद लेते हैं और चाय उत्पादों की खरीदारी करते हैं।
- शिंकानसेन द्वारा यात्रा का अनुभव - जापानी परिवहन के गौरव में से एक (शिंकानसेन अनुभव यात्रा कार्यक्रम की वास्तविक स्थिति के आधार पर कार्यक्रम में चरणों/शहरों के बीच लचीले ढंग से व्यवस्थित की जाएगी)
- शाम: गाड़ी दल को रात के खाने के लिए ले जाती है, और होटल में चेक-इन करती है। ओसाका में रात भर विश्राम।
दिन 5 : ओसाका (नाश्ता, दोपहर का भोजन, रात का खाना)
- सुबह: नाश्ता करें। भ्रमण के लिए प्रस्थान:
- सुमियोशी ताईशा मंदिर: जापान के 3 सबसे बड़े सुमियोशी मंदिरों में से एक है, जिसका इतिहास 1800 वर्षों से अधिक पुराना है। यह मंदिर जापान में बौद्ध धर्म के आने से पहले बनाया गया था।
- ओसाका किला: ओसाका का मुख्य प्रतीक है, जिसे 16वीं शताब्दी में जापान के एकीकरण को पूरा करने वाले पहले व्यक्ति टोयोटोमी हिदेयोशी द्वारा बनवाया गया था। (बाहर से तस्वीरें लें)
- JTC Doton Plaza में ड्यूटी-फ्री खरीदारी।
- दोपहर: समूह कोबे बीफ का विशेष दोपहर का भोजन करता है। इसके बाद दर्शनीय स्थलों की यात्रा जारी रखें:
- शिन्साइबाशी में टहलना और खरीदारी करना (यदि समय हो)।
- रात: वाहन समूह को रात के खाने के लिए ले जाता है और विश्राम के लिए होटल लौटता है।
- ओसाका में रात्रि विश्राम।
दिन 6: ओसाका - कान्साई - जिनान - हो ची मिन्ह सिटी (नाश्ता, दोपहर का भोजन)
- सुबह: यात्री नाश्ता करते हैं और चेक-आउट की प्रक्रिया पूरी करते हैं।
- यात्री ओसाका शहर का स्वतंत्र रूप से पता लगाते हैं।
- समूह स्थानीय रेस्तरां में दोपहर का भोजन करता है। बस समूह को कान्साई अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर ले जाती है और उड़ान संख्या SC8086 KIX-TNA 16:00 – 17:55 के माध्यम से जिनान याओकियांग अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे के लिए उड़ान के लिए औपचारिकताएं पूरी करती है। जिनान पहुंचकर, समूह हो ची मिन्ह सिटी के लिए उड़ान संख्या SC8073 TNA – SGN 20:40 – 00:30+1 जारी रखता है।
- तान सोन न्हाट हवाई अड्डे पर उतरते हैं, समूह से विदा लेते हैं और फिर मिलने की उम्मीद करते हैं।
नोट: मौसम की स्थिति, ज्वार-भाटे के पूर्वानुमान और बंदरगाह प्राधिकरण के नियमों के आधार पर यात्रा कार्यक्रम में बदलाव हो सकता है।

*Note: According to Japanese culture, most hotels only have Twin rooms (02 single beds). If you need to use a Double room (1 double bed), the company will try to arrange and inform you specifically before the departure date. For guests using a Triple room (room for 3 people), some hotels in Japan may not be able to meet this room type quantity. The company will try to arrange according to your request.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
1. Passport with validity of over 6 months.
2. Single room surcharge 4.800.000 VNĐ (for guests requesting a single room – single room in Japan standard 1 bed for 01 person).
3. Personal expenses: drinks, laundry, excess baggage, telephone, photography...
4. Tip for tour guide and driver (1.080.000 VNĐ /Guest/Tour)
5. Re-entry visa to Vietnam for foreign nationality guests.
6. Other expenses not included in the inclusion section.
CHILD TOUR PRICE:
- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the full adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).
- Children from 2 years old to under 10 years old: 80% of the full adult tour price (No separate bed arrangement).
- Children aged 10 and above: 100% of the full adult tour price.
- Children requesting a separate bed charged 100% of the adult tour price.
REFUND/CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
- If canceling the tour, guests pay specific tour cancellation and air ticket cancellation fees:
- If canceling the tour right after the Embassy, Consulate has issued a visa: the travel company has the right to cancel the obtained visa, and at the same time guests will bear the cancellation fee according to the terms below:
- Right after depositing the tour and 30 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 3.000.000 VNĐ
- 21-30 days before departure date: Pay 50% of the tour price.
- 14-21 days before departure date: Pay 70% of the tour price.
- Before departure date 14 days: Pay 100% of the tour price.
- In case guests are refused a visa: 100% of the fee will be refunded.
(Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Especially Tet holiday tours are not allowed for refund or cancellation.
Tour cancellation with the COMPANY must be notified directly via Fax, email, text message and must be confirmed by the COMPANY. Cancellation via phone is not accepted.
NOTES:
- Passport must have a validity of more than 6 months (Calculated from the departure date).
- Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, tour price included as well as not included in the program.
- The Travel Company is exempt from liability in case participants are refused or not allowed to exit/enter for personal reasons, or issues arising from self-applying for entry visas, using ABTC (APEC) cards, official/diplomatic passports when touring, or in case your visa application is rejected or delayed by competent authorities.
- Guests need to fulfill tax obligations so as not to affect their exit.
- Guests aged 70 and above need to ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour journey, and are encouraged to travel with relatives to support when needed. If guests have underlying health conditions or poor physical status, a doctor's health certificate is required to ensure sufficient health for overseas travel.
- Due to the nature of a mixed group tour, the company will receive a minimum number of 10 adult guests and ensure the group departs on schedule. In case the group does not have enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying guests 07 days before the departure date and will re-negotiate another departure date, or refund the entire amount paid by guests.
- Since flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.
- Purely sightseeing tour, guests registering for the tour please follow the group to go and return on the correct tour ending date and must not separate from the group.
- If you are overseas Vietnamese or Foreign guests and the Vietnam visa in your passport is a single-entry visa. Please apply for your own re-entry visa to Vietnam via the link: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/web/guest/khai-thi-thuc-dien-tu/cap-thi-thuc-dien-tu
- If guests are overseas Vietnamese or Foreigners with a separate Vietnam visa, they must bring it along during the tour.
- Guests holding 2 nationalities or Travel documents (not yet naturalized) please inform the tour sales staff at the time of tour registration and submit original copies along with related documents (if any).
- Guests holding only a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no longer having a valid VN passport cannot register for travel to a third country.
- Pregnant guests please inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration for more information. Note that a doctor's opinion is required before taking the tour. We do not accept pregnant guests from 30-32 weeks onwards for guest safety reasons.
- Children under 18 years old if not traveling with Parents must have an authorization letter certified by local authorities (Authorized by Parents to take on the tour).
- Visa applications after being submitted to the Consulate will not be returned.
- Services on the tour will not be refunded or canceled if customers do not use them.
- Depending on actual conditions, the order of sightseeing spots in the program may change but still ensure all sightseeing spots as initially planned.
- The Travel Company is exempt from liability in case of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, epidemics, aircraft technical glitches,... leading to flight postponement, cancellation, delay, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating arising damages.
