TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

1. Round-trip airfare SGN – SIN– SGN (Includes 20kg checked baggage and 10kg hand luggage).

2. Airport security fee, aviation insurance, and airport taxes for both countries.

3. Air-conditioned vehicle transportation throughout the tour.

4. Entrance tickets and meals as per the itinerary.

5. 4* Hotel: Royal at Queen / BOSS Hotel / RELC International/ Grand Central… or equivalent.

6. Standard of 2 guests/room. Single male/female guests will share a triple room.

7. Bottled water provided at 1 bottle/guest/day.

8. Tour leader and local tour guide serving throughout the tour according to the itinerary.

9. Vietnam travel insurance with a maximum coverage of 220,000,000 VNĐ in Vietnam.

10. Gift: Hat, passport cover.

EXCLUDES:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

2. Sightseeing spots not included in the itinerary.

3. Single room supplement for guests requesting a private room: 4.200.000 vnđ/guest/tour (regular days)

4. Tips for local tour guide and driver paid overseas will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time, suggested amount: 15 US DOLLARS/ guest/ tour, equivalent to 420.000 VNĐ/ guest/ tour.

5. Re-entry visa for guests holding foreign nationality (if applicable): reference price 945.000 vnđ/guest.

6. Excess baggage allowance, vehicle transportation and tour guide outside scheduled hours, etc.

CANCELLATION/REFUND CONDITIONS:

After registering for the tour, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required. Please pay the remaining balance at least 07 days prior to departure.

- Cancellation after registration: penalty fee of 50% of the deposit.

- Cancellation at least 20 days prior to departure: penalty fee = 50% of the total program tour price (Calculated by working days).

- Cancellation at least 15 days prior to departure: penalty fee = 75% of the total program tour price (Calculated by working days).

- After the above period: penalty fee = 100% of the total program value (Calculated by working days).

For Holiday/Tet tours: Immediately after registering for the tour, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required. Please pay the remaining balance at least 15 days prior to departure.

- Cancellation after registration: penalty fee of 50% of the deposit.

- Cancellation at least 45 days prior to departure: penalty fee = 50% of the total program tour price (Calculated by working days).

- Cancellation at least 30 days prior to departure: penalty fee = 75% of the total program tour price (Calculated by working days).

- After the above period: penalty fee = 100% of the total program value (Calculated by working days).

Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company in writing or via email, phone message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation over the phone is not accepted.

NOTES:

- “Passport” must be valid for more than 6 months (calculated from the return date).

- Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the tour itinerary, terms, and included and excluded tour prices in the program.

- If the customer is refused exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (blurry or unclear images/information in the original document, expired or non-compliant passport, etc.), the travel company will not be held responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- Citizens must complete their tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be allowed exit. In case an individual owes taxes and is not permitted to depart, the Company will not be responsible for compensating damages.

- Guests aged 70 and above must ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour itinerary, and are encouraged to travel with family members for support when needed. If guests have underlying medical conditions or poor physical health, a medical certificate from a doctor is required to ensure sufficient health for overseas travel.

- Due to the nature of a join-in group tour, the company will accept a minimum number of 10 adult guests and ensure the group departs as scheduled. In case the group does not have enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying guests 04 days prior to departure and will renegotiate another departure date, or refund the full amount paid by the guest.

- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery please renew their passports according to their current appearance. If entry is denied because the passport photo differs from actual appearance, the travel company takes no responsibility and will not refund the tour fee.

- Because flights depend on the airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

- This is a purely sightseeing tour; guests are not allowed to leave the group throughout the program. (For guests separating from the group, the overseas company will charge a group separation fee)

- Guests using foreign passports with a single-entry Vietnam visa, please notify us upon registering for the tour.

- If guests are Overseas Vietnamese or Foreigners with a loose-leaf Vietnam visa, they must bring it along on the tour.

- Guests holding dual nationality or a Travel Document (not yet naturalized), please notify the tour sales staff at the time of tour registration and submit the original along with relevant documents (if any).

- Guests holding only a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no longer having a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register to travel to a third country.

- Pregnant guests please inform tour sales staff at the time of registration for further advice. Please note that a doctor's opinion is required before taking the tour. Pregnant guests from 30 weeks onwards are not accepted for safety reasons.

- Children under 18 years old not accompanied by parents must have an authorization letter from parents (certified by local authorities).

- Services included in the tour will not be refunded or cancelled if unused by customers.

- Depending on actual circumstances, the order of sightseeing spots in the program may change while still ensuring all visiting spots as originally planned.

- The Travel Company is exempted from liability in cases of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, demonstrations, strikes, epidemics, aircraft technical glitches, etc., leading to rescheduled, cancelled, or delayed flights; the company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating arising damages.
