Da Nang Quan The Am Festival
08 Mar 2023 - 10 Mar 2023Quan The Am festival, one of the largest spiritual activities nationwide at Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain) in Da Nang city, is held annually from the 17th to the 19th day of the second lunar month. The festival is held with the purpose of praying for the nation's peace and prosperity; everyone's life is full, peaceful and lucky.
The 3-day Buddhist event is accompanied by festive cultural and sports activities. These include a procession, a masquerade ceremony, a letter tea corner, a peace praying ceremony, a boat race, a lantern release ritual, folk games and folklore singing performances.
