SINGAPORE - MALAYSIA (1 NIGHT SIN) | VIETNAM AIRLINES

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

1. Round-trip airfare SGN – SIN/ KUL - SGN (Includes 23kg checked baggage and 10kg hand luggage).

2. Airport security fee, aviation insurance, airport taxes of both countries (subject to change at the time of ticket issuance)

3. Air-conditioned vehicle transport throughout the tour.

4. Sightseeing tickets and meals as specified in the program.

5. Local 4* hotel. Standard 2 guests/room. In case of an odd male/female guest, a triple room will be assigned.

Singapore: Royal at Queen / BOSS Hotel / RELC International/ Grand Central… or equivalent.

Malacca: Rivieran Suite / BTC Hotel /… or equivalent.

Kuala Lumpur: Cosmo/ Furama Bintang/ Days Hotel & Suites… or equivalent.

6. Mineral water service: 1 bottle/guest/day.

7. Tour leader and local guide servicing throughout the tour according to the program.

8. Vietnamese travel insurance with maximum compensation of 230.000.000 VNĐ in Vietnam.

9. Gift: Hat, passport cover.

EXCLUDED:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months remaining from the return date.

2. Sightseeing spots not included in the program.

3. Single room supplement for guests wishing to sleep in a private room: 4.400.000 vnđ/guest/tour (regular days). 

For peak season (Summer, Holidays, New Year): 4.700.000 VNĐ/guest/tour.

4. Tipping for local guide and driver paid abroad based on exchange rate at the time, recommended rate: 25 US DOLLARS/ guest/ tour, equivalent to 700.000 VNĐ/ guest/ tour.

5. Re-entry visa for foreign passport holders (if applicable): reference price 945.000 vnđ/guest

6. Excess baggage allowance fees, transportation and guide services outside regular hours, etc.

CANCELLATION & REFUND CONDITIONS:

Immediately after registering for the tour, a 50% deposit of the total tour price is required; the remaining balance please pay at least 07 days prior to departure.

- Tour cancellation after registration incurs a fee of 50% of the deposit.

- Tour cancellation before 20 days incurs a fee = 50% of the total tour price (based on working days).

- Tour cancellation before 15 days incurs a fee = 75% of the total tour price (based on working days).

- After the above period, fee = 100% of the total tour value (based on working days).

For Holiday/New Year tours: Immediately after registering for the tour, a 50% deposit of the total tour price is required; the remaining balance please pay at least 15 days prior to departure.

- Tour cancellation after registration incurs a fee of 100% of the deposit.

- Tour cancellation before 45 days incurs a fee = 50% of the total tour price (based on working days).

- Tour cancellation within or before 30 days incurs a fee = 75% of the total tour price (based on working days).

- After the above period, fee = 100% of the total tour value (based on working days).

Trip cancellation must be communicated directly to the Company in writing or via email or phone message, and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation via phone call is not accepted.

NOTES

“Passport” Must be valid for more than 6 months (calculated from the return date).

- Before registering for the tour, please read carefully the tour program, terms and conditions, and what is included and not included in the tour price.

- If customers are refused exit/entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (photo or info in the original document is blurry, unclear, expired passport or non-compliant, etc.), the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- Citizens must fulfill their tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be allowed to depart. In case an individual still owes taxes and is not permitted to depart, the Company is not responsible for compensating damages.

- Guests aged 70 and above must ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour itinerary; accompanying by relatives for support when needed is encouraged. If you have underlying medical conditions or poor physical health, a doctor's medical certificate ensuring good health for overseas travel is required.

- Due to the nature of a join-in group tour, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adult guests to ensure the tour departs as scheduled. In case there are not enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying guests 04 days prior to departure and will agree on an alternative departure date, or fully refund the amount paid by the guest.

- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery, please obtain a new passport matching your current appearance. If entry is refused because the passport photo differs from your actual appearance, the travel agency is not responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- As flights depend on the Airlines, flight times may change in some cases without prior notice.

- Purely a sightseeing tour; guests are not allowed to leave the group throughout the program. (For guests separating from the group, the overseas tour operator will charge a separation fee)

- Guests using a foreign passport with a single-entry Vietnam visa, please inform us when registering for the tour.

- If guests are Overseas Vietnamese or Foreigners holding a separate loose-leaf Vietnam visa, it must be brought along on the tour.

- Guests holding dual nationality or a Travel Document (not yet naturalized), please inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration and submit the original document along with relevant papers (if any).

- Guests who only hold a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register for travel to a third country.

- Pregnant guests please inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further advice. Please note that a doctor's opinion is required before taking the tour. Pregnant guests from 30 weeks or more will not be accepted for safety reasons.

- Children under 18 years old not accompanying parents must have an authorization letter from parents (certified by local authorities).

- Tour services will not be refunded or cancelled if unused by the customer.

- Depending on actual conditions, the order of sightseeing spots in the itinerary may change, but all initial sightseeing points will still be ensured.

The Travel Company is exempt from liability in cases of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, demonstrations, strikes, epidemics, aircraft technical breakdowns, etc. leading to flight reschedule, cancellation, or delay; the company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating arising damages.
