Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - SHANGHAI (Dinner)

- The tour leader will meet guests at Tan Son Nhat Airport to complete check-in procedures for flight VN524 SGN-PVG to Shanghai. (flight details depend on the departure schedule for each day)

- Arriving in Shanghai, the group will complete immigration procedures.

- Depart for Shanghai sightseeing and visit The Bund - Situated along the peaceful Huangpu River, Shanghai possesses a half-modern, half-ancient beauty of architectural works. Visiting the bustling city of Shanghai, one cannot fail to mention The Bund because of its attraction to every tourist who visits. Admire the Oriental Pearl TV Tower (without ascending the tower) – the tallest TV tower in Asia and the third tallest in the world.

- The bus will take the group for dinner, then return to the hotel to rest.

- Overnight stay in Shanghai.

 

DAY 2: SHANGHAI - WUZHEN - HANGZHOU (3 Meals)

- After breakfast, check out of the hotel. The group travels to visit and shop at the Jade Workshop.

- The group travels to Wuzhen — structures steeped in time, carrying an ancient charm that fascinates visitors from all over the world. Wuzhen boasts a history of 1,300 years, associated with many historical and cultural changes in China, and is proudly recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site (boat ride expenses not included).

- The group visits Caishen Bay, the Hundred-Beds Museum,...

- Enjoy lunch, then depart for Hangzhou.

- Upon arrival in Hangzhou, the group takes a boat ride to enjoy West Lake — considered the most beautiful and poetic among over 36 lakes with the same name in China, admiring Gushan Hill, the Broken Bridge, the Long Bridge, Su Causeway, Bai Causeway, Three Pools Mirroring the Moon, and Fish Viewing at Flower Harbor (outside), which are associated with the legends of Liang Shanbo – Zhu Yingtai, the poet Li Bai, the Green Snake and White Snake, and the camellia garden.

- The group enjoys Longjing Tea — one of the top 10 teas in China. Qianlong Emperor of the Qing Dynasty visited Hangzhou, tasted the tea, and bestowed imperial status on the 18 tea bushes planted in front of Longjing Temple, located in the northwest of what is now Longjing Village.

- Have dinner, after which guests can optionally watch the Songcheng Eternal Love show (Hangzhou is the cradle for the series of Eternal Love shows) at your own expense.

- Have dinner and stay overnight at a hotel in Hangzhou.

DAY 3: HANGZHOU - WUXI (3 Meals)

- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After completing check-out procedures, the group will visit a silk factory.

- The group continues to travel to Wuxi.

- Visit Three Kingdoms City Studio, take a tour on an ancient warship to admire the Taihu Lake Scenic Area (electric car fee not included).

- After dinner, visit Nanchang Ancient Street – a street located next to China's World Cultural Heritage – the Grand Canal (Da Yun He), the longest and oldest man-made canal in the world, winding through four provinces. It starts in Beijing in the north and ends in Hangzhou in the south, and was once an important transportation artery in ancient China. About 1/8 of the canal runs through Cangzhou, 180 km from Beijing. A section of the canal over 1,000 km long was recognized as a World Heritage site in 2014.

- Overnight in Wuxi.

DAY 4: WUXI - SUZHOU - SHANGHAI (2 Meals)

- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out.

- Arrive in Suzhou and visit Hanshan Temple – an ancient temple located to the west of Fengqiao Town.

- Have lunch, then head to visit the "thousand-year ancient street" Seven-Li Shantang Street – known as "the No. 1 street in Gusu" and a famous tourist attraction in Suzhou. This pedestrian street has a history of nearly 1,200 years with a total length of 3,829.6 m. Along the street are small shops, restaurants, and residences, all built along the river, with frequent tourist boats carrying passengers up and down the river. It is a unique landscape of the Jiangnan water town region.

- Visit Tongren Tang – a traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy reflecting China's five-thousand-year culture.

- Visit City God Temple Pedestrian Street, a famous ancient street rich in Shanghai's traditional culture. Here, visitors can admire ancient Chinese architecture, shop for handicrafts, and savor local delicacies such as xiaolongbao, steamed crab buns, or candied haws. In the evening, the entire area is brilliantly illuminated, making it a great spot for strolling, taking photos, and experiencing the bustling atmosphere of ancient Shanghai. Dinner is on your own.

- Overnight stay in Shanghai.

DAY 5: SHANGHAI - HO CHI MINH CITY (2 meals)

- Guests have breakfast at the hotel and check out. Afterwards, transfer to visit the Jade Buddha Temple – a famous Buddhist temple in China – Located on Jiangning Road in the western part of Shanghai, the Jade Buddha Temple is one of the famous Buddhist temples in China in particular and Asia in general.

- The group has lunch, then transfers to the airport to check in for flight VN525 PVG-SGN 15:10-18:30 back to Ho Chi Minh City.

- Arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, the tour guide bids farewell to the group. See you again.

Note: The itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, tidal forecasts, and port authority regulations.

Terms & conditions

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: 

1. Round-trip group airfare (including 1 piece of 23kg checked baggage + 05kg carry-on baggage)

2. International travel insurance throughout the tour.

3. Airport security fee, aviation insurance, airport taxes of 2 countries (subject to change at the time of ticket issuance).

4. Local 4* standard hotels (2 persons/room). If traveling alone without a same-gender guest in the group to share a room with, you will incur a single room surcharge, or if 3 persons stay in one room, it will be a Twin/Double Room + 1 Extra Bed.

- Shanghai: Shanghai Jinsha Holiday Inn Hotel or equivalent.

- Wuxi: Holiday Inn Express Wuxi Taihu New City or equivalent.

- Hangzhou: SSAW Boutique Hotel Hangzhou Xiaoshan Yilong or equivalent.

5. China group entry visa for guests with Vietnamese passports. (Scanned Passport + 4*6 ID photo FILE with white background) 

6. 1 bottle of mineral water/person/day.

7. Meals as specified in the itinerary (meals may change to suit the destinations, while still ensuring adequate quantity and equivalent or better quality).

8. Air-conditioned vehicle transportation throughout the tour.

9. Entrance tickets as per the itinerary.

10. Tour leader and local tour guide serving throughout the program.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:

1. Personal expenses, excess baggage fees, telephone calls, laundry, sightseeings outside the itinerary.

2. Single room surcharge (if applicable) (3.200.000VNĐ).

3. Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals (if applicable): (reference price 945.000VNĐ/guest).

4. Tips for local drivers and tour guides payable overseas will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time, with a recommended rate of 25 USD /guest/tour equivalent to 700.000/guest/tour.

CHILD TOUR PRICE: 

- Infants under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).

- Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old (No separate bed policy).

- Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (With separate bed policy).

- Children 11 years old and above: 100% of adult tour price.

CANCELLATION/REFUND CONDITIONS:

- Right after tour registration, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required. Please pay the remaining balance 14 days before departure.

- Tour cancellation after registration incurs a penalty of 50% of the deposit (+visa fee if any).

- Tour cancellation before 30 days penalty = 50% of total program tour price (+visa fee if any) (Calculated by working days)

- Tour cancellation before 20 days penalty = 75% of total program tour price (+visa fee if any) (Calculated by working days)

- After the above period penalty = 100% of total program value (+ visa fee if any). (Calculated by working days)

- Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, text message, and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation via phone calls is not accepted.

- In case you book a tour with a group of friends or family (2 or more guests): If one person in the group fails to obtain a visa, they will be refunded 100% of the tour; for the remaining members who have obtained visas, if they cancel the tour, general cancellation policies will apply.

- Cancellation timeframe is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

NOTES

- (Passport) Must be valid for more than 6 months (Calculated from departure date).

- Before registering for the tour, please read carefully the tour program, terms, and what is included as well as excluded in the tour price.

- In case guests already have a visa, 500.000 VNĐ will be deducted.

- If customers are refused exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (photo or info in the original document is blurry, unclear, expired passport or not complying with regulations, etc.), the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- Citizens must fulfill tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be allowed to depart. In case an individual still owes taxes and is not permitted to depart, the Company will not be responsible for compensating damages.

- Guests aged 70 and above must ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour itinerary and are encouraged to travel with family members for support when needed. If you have underlying medical conditions or poor health conditions, a doctor's health certificate is required to ensure fitness for overseas travel.

- Pregnant guests please inform tour sales staff at the time of booking for further advice. Note that doctor's medical advice is required before taking the tour.

- Due to the nature of joined group tours, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adult guests and ensure departure according to the schedule. If the group does not reach the required number of guests, the company is responsible for notifying you 05 days prior to departure and will agree on another departure date, or refund the total amount you have paid.

- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery please reapply for a new passport matching their current appearance. If entry is denied because the passport photo differs from actual appearance, the travel company takes no responsibility and will not refund the tour fee.

- Because flights depend on the airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

- Because China group visa requires traveling together and returning on the exact end date of the tour.

-The tour is strictly for tourism; guests are not allowed to leave the group throughout the program. (For guests separating from the group, group separation fees will be collected by the Chinese partner agency). (Depending on specific cases, please contact staff for support and detailed information).

- If guests have a separate visa, they must bring it along on the tour. Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals must bring a Vietnam re-entry visa.

- Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by parents, or an authorized person must have a power of attorney from the parents.

- The company will assist with documentation to the best of its ability if you are denied entry into Chinese territory.

- In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, etc., or due to incidents, schedule changes of public transport such as airplanes, trains, etc., the Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be liable for any arising damages.

CHINA GROUP VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURES 

- Passport: Scan or photo, note that corners must not be cut off, laid flat at 180 degrees, no fingers visible.

- 4x6 photo: latest photo within the last 6 months, white background, clear facial features, no smiling, no jewelry, no photoshop editing software used.
