TERMS AND CONDITIONS

❖ TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

- Round-trip airfare SGN – KUL / SIN - SGN (Includes 23kg checked baggage + 10kg carry-on for VIETNAM AIRLINES / or 20kg checked baggage + 07kg carry-on for VIETJET).

- Airport security fees, airline insurance, and airport taxes of both countries.

- Air-conditioned transport throughout the tour.

- Sightseeing tickets and meals as per the itinerary.

- 4* local hotels. Standard of 2 guests/room. In case of odd male/female, triple sharing applies.

Singapore: Royal at Queen / Park Avenue Rochester / YWCA Fort Canning /… or equivalent.

Malacca: Rivieran Suite / Swan Garden /… or equivalent.

Kuala Lumpur: Days and Suites / Chowkit an Ormod / WP Hotel… or equivalent.

- Complimentary bottled water: 1 bottle/guest/day.

- Meals as per the itinerary.

- Tour leader and local tour guide serving throughout the program.

- Travel insurance.

- Gifts: Hat, passport cover.

❖ EXCLUDES:

- Passport with validity of at least 6 months from the return date.
- Sightseeing spots not included in the program.
- Single room surcharge for guests wishing to stay in a single room: 4,200,000 VND/guest/tour.
- Tips for local tour guides and drivers paid overseas will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time, suggested amount: 25 USD/guest/tour, equivalent to 700,000 VND/guest/tour.
- Re-entry visa for foreign passport holders (if any): reference price 945,000 VND/guest.
- Excess baggage fees, transport and tour guides outside of working hours, etc.

❖ REFUND/CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: Immediately upon tour registration, deposit 50% of the total tour price. Please pay the remaining balance 07 days before departure.

- Tour cancellation after registration incurs a penalty of 50% of the deposit.

- Tour cancellation 20 days in advance incurs a penalty = 50% of the total program tour price (Calculated on working days).

- Tour cancellation 15 days in advance incurs a penalty = 75% of the total program tour price (Calculated on working days).

- After this period, penalty = 100% of the total program value (Calculated on working days).

❖ For Holiday/Tet Tours: Immediately upon tour registration, deposit 50% of the total tour price. Please pay the remaining balance 15 days before departure.

- Tour cancellation after registration incurs a penalty of 50% of the deposit.

- Tour cancellation 45 days in advance incurs a penalty = 50% of the total program tour price (Calculated on working days).

- Tour cancellation within or 30 days in advance incurs a penalty = 75% of the total program tour price (Calculated on working days).

- After this period, penalty = 100% of the total program value (Calculated on working days).

- Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company in writing or via email, text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.

❖ NOTES:

- “Passport” Must have a validity of over 6 months (calculated from the return date).

- Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, tour prices included and excluded in the program.

- If a customer is refused exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (images or information in the original document blurred, unclear, expired passport or not according to regulations...), the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour price.

- Citizens must fulfill tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be allowed to exit. In case an individual still owes taxes and is not permitted to exit, the Company is not responsible for compensating for damages.

- Guests aged 70 and over must ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour itinerary, and are encouraged to travel with relatives to assist when needed. If guests have underlying medical conditions or poor physical health, a doctor's medical certificate is required to ensure fitness for international travel.

- Due to the nature of a group joining individual travelers, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adult guests and ensure the tour departs on schedule. In case the group does not have enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying guests 04 days before the departure date and will reschedule another departure date or refund all amounts paid by the guest.

- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery, please reissue a new passport with photos matching your current appearance. If entry is denied due to passport photos differing from actual appearance, the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour price.

- Since flights depend on the airline, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

- This is a purely sightseeing tour; guests are not allowed to leave the group throughout the program. (For guests splitting from the group, the foreign company will charge a group-splitting fee).

- Guests using foreign passports with a single-entry Vietnam visa, please inform us upon tour registration.

- If guests are overseas Vietnamese or Foreigners with a separate Vietnam visa, they must bring it along on the tour.

- Guests holding 2 nationalities or a Travel Document (undecided nationality) please notify the sales staff at the time of tour registration and submit the original along with related documents (if any).

- Guests holding only a green card (foreign residence permit) and no longer possessing a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register for travel to a third country.

- Pregnant guests please inform the sales staff at the time of registration for further advice. Note that doctor's approval is required before taking the tour. We do not accept guests who are 30 weeks pregnant or more for safety reasons.

- Children under 18 years old traveling without parents must have an authorization letter from the parents (certified by local authorities).

- Services on the tour will not be refunded or canceled if customers do not use them.

- Depending on actual conditions, the order of sightseeing spots in the program may change while still ensuring all original sightseeing spots are fully visited.

- The Travel Company is exempted from liability in case of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, epidemics, aircraft technical glitches, etc., leading to rescheduled, canceled, or delayed flights. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating arising damages.
