The festival runs from 1 January to 16 March in Lang Son Province, with the highlight being the opening ceremony on the evening of 7 February, featuring many special artistic performances. Throughout the festival are diverse cultural, sports, and tourism activities that spread the joyful and uplifting spring atmosphere of Lang Son.
