TMGH Debuts Spice Viet Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam (Oct. 11, 2018)  ― Thien Minh Group Hospitality (TMGH) expanded its portfolio of contemporary Vietnamese restaurants with the opening of Spice Viet Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 3 early in October.

Located  in the heart of the southern hub, the farm-to-table restaurant spotlights fresh, seasonal ingredients from local sources within a 30 kilometre radius. The menu features Vietnamese favorites from across the country, such as the eight-hour simmered beef stew Bò kho 8 giờ, and Bún chả Hà Nội, the famous grilled pork noodle dish from the capital.

The menu also features a regional selection of Ho Chi Minh City’s best known dishes. Highlights include Bánh tráng trộn, a delectable street snack, as well as Cơm tấm sườn bì, broken rice with chargrilled pork ribs.

For groups and special events, Spice Viet Saigon will offer a range of competitively priced set menus for all budgets and occasions.

Spice Viet Saigon is the third branch in the Spice Viet brand. A fourth venue s set to open in London in early 2019, with locations in Hanoi and Moscow branches to follow soon.
