Itinerary

DAY 1: HCMC – SINGAPORE – CITY TOUR – JOHOR BAHRU (3 Meals)

- Guests gather at Tan Son Nhat Airport's international departure terminal. The tour leader will assist with check-in procedures and board the flight to Singapore. Upon arrival, the group completes immigration procedures.

- Flight VN651 SGN – SIN 09:05 – 12:10 | Breakfast served on board + Hainanese chicken rice for lunch.

- Begin the sightseeing tour:

- Gardens by the Bay wonder: this is a man-made garden spanning over 100 hectares, housing more than 250,000 rare plant species, featuring giant Supertrees that harvest solar energy during the day and glow at night.

- Take panoramic photos of the cruise ship-shaped SkyPark located 200m high atop the three towers of the Marina Bay Sands hotel.

- Merlion Park, the iconic symbol of Singapore.

- Esplanade Theatre, famous for its Durian shape – one of Singapore's most modern theaters and a world-class center for performing arts and culture.

- Continue shopping and sightseeing: Jade Spring Gallery - Feng Shui Gemstone Shop.

- The vehicle and tour guide transfer the group to Tuas Checkpoint to complete exit and entry procedures to enter Malaysia.

- Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Check in to the hotel. Free time to relax and explore the city of Johor Bahru.

DAY 2: JOHOR BAHRU – MALACCA ANCIENT TOWN – KUALA LUMPUR (3 Meals)

- The group enjoys breakfast at the hotel. Check out. Depart for Malacca, an ancient city and famous tourist destination in Malaysia, with a history of over 600 years:

Portuguese Ancient Fortress       Cheng Hoon Teng Temple                        Dutch Square

- Along the way, admire the vast Rubber, Palm, and Cocoa plantations. You can also observe the daily life of local residents as you pass through residential areas and explore charming wooden stilt houses along the road, places where Muslims traveling by can stop to pray.

- Have lunch at a local restaurant. Continue the journey to Kuala Lumpur. Visit:

- Royal Palace (Royal Palace) (outside photo stop)

- Independence Square (Independence Square).

- Thean Hou Temple (Thien Hau Temple).

- Visit Bery’s Chocolate Shop (Chocolate shop).

- Take souvenir photos of the Twin Towers (Twin Towers).

- The group enjoys a HOTPOT DINNER at a local restaurant. Check into the hotel to rest, or join the optional 4-IN-1 NIGHT TOUR “COLOURFUL KUALA LUMPUR” (at your own expense)

- Experience Malaysia's unique LRT elevated light rail and MRT subway systems.

- KLCC Tower observation deck - enjoy a panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur at night.

- Take photos of the Twin Towers from the brilliantly illuminated Saloma Link bridge.

- Experience the famous and bustling Jalan Alor Food Street, Bukit Bintang, Malaysia.

- Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

DAY 3: KUALA LUMPUR GENTING HIGHLANDS – KUALA LUMPUR (3 meals)

- The group has breakfast at the hotel. Depart for sightseeing:

- Batu Caves featuring 272 steps, a holy site for Malaysian Indians.

- Enjoy Teh Tarik pulled milk tea – a Malaysian specialty

- Shopping at the duty-free shop (Gem shop).

- Local product shop (Local products).

- Latex mattress center (Latex Shop)

- The group enjoys a KOREAN BBQ BUFFET lunch.

- Continue the journey to the Genting Highlands by cable car, which once held the record for the longest in Southeast Asia at 3.3 km – an exciting experience as the cabins travel through the clouds (subject to weather conditions. Or transfer by vehicle).

- Free time for sightseeing and shopping; this is Malaysia's largest integrated complex, located just 51 km from the capital at an altitude of 1,800 m above sea level. (Game/ride tickets not included)

- Return to the capital Kuala Lumpur, have dinner at a local restaurant, and savor the specialty dish CHILI CRAB. Overnight at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

DAY 4: KUALA LUMPUR – PUTRAJAYA – HO CHI MINH CITY (3 meals)

- Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel. Check out of the hotel. The group departs for sightseeing:

- Putrajaya Area – Administrative Center new (NEW CITY) of MALAYSIA with famous tourist landmarks such as: Putra Mosque, Prime Minister's Office, Convention Center. Putrajaya is also considered a world-class smart city with an extremely modern working environment: no pollution, no social vices, no backwardness, and a refined population.

- At the appointed time, the vehicle transfers guests to the airport. Complete check-in procedures for the flight back to Vietnam, flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

FLIGHT VN678 19:25 - 20:15 | Lunch at a restaurant. Dinner on the plane.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

1. Round-trip airfare SGN – SIN/ KUL - SGN (Includes 23kg checked baggage and 10kg hand luggage)..

2. Airport security fee, aviation insurance, airport taxes of the 2 countries (subject to change at the time of ticket issuance)

3. Air-conditioned vehicle transportation throughout the itinerary.

4. Sightseeing tickets and meals as per the itinerary.

5. Local 4* hotels. Standard 2 guests/room. In case of single male/female, sharing a 3-person room.

Johor Bahru: Holiday Inn Express/ V8/ Holmes GP Hotel/… or equivalent.

Kuala Lumpur: Cosmo/ Furama Bintang/ Dorsett Hartamas… or equivalent.

6. Complimentary 1 bottle of mineral water/guest/day.

7. Tour leader and local tour guide serving throughout the tour according to the itinerary.

8. Vietnam travel insurance with a maximum compensation of 230,000,000 VND in Vietnam.

EXCLUDES:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

2. Sightseeing spots not included in the itinerary.

3. Single room supplement for guests requesting a private room: 2.900.000 VND/guest/tour.

4. Tips for local tour guide and driver paid abroad will be calculated according to the exchange rate at the time, recommended level: 20 US DOLLARS/ guest/ tour, equivalent to 560,000 VND/ guest/ tour.

5. Re-entry visa for foreign nationals (if applicable): reference price 945,000 VND/guest

6. Excess baggage allowance, vehicle transportation and tour guide outside scheduled hours, etc.

CANCELLATION/REFUND CONDITIONS:

Immediately upon registering for the tour, deposit 50% of the total tour price. The remaining amount please pay 07 days prior to departure.

- Tour cancellation after registration: penalty fee is 50% of the deposit.

- Tour cancellation 20 days prior: penalty fee = 50% of the total program tour price (Calculated by working days).

- Tour cancellation 15 days prior: penalty fee = 75% of the total program tour price (Calculated by working days).

- After the above period: penalty fee = 100% of the total program value (Calculated by working days).

For Holiday/Tet tours: Immediately upon registering for the tour, deposit 50% of the total tour price. The remaining amount please pay 15 days prior to departure.

- Tour cancellation after registration: penalty fee is 100% of the deposit.

- Tour cancellation 45 days prior: penalty fee = 50% of the total program tour price. (Calculated by working days)

- Tour cancellation within or 30 days prior: penalty fee = 75% of the total program tour price. (Calculated by working days)

- After the above period: penalty fee = 100% of the total program value. (Calculated by working days)

Trip cancellation must be notified directly to the Company in writing or via email, text message, and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.

NOTES

"Passport" Must be valid for more than 6 months (Calculated from the return date).

- Before registering for the tour, please read carefully the tour program, terms, and tour price inclusions and exclusions in the program.

- If a customer is refused exit/entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (photo, information in the original document is blurry, unclear, expired passport, or non-compliant with regulations, etc.), the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- Citizens must fulfill tax obligations to the state and not violate the law to be allowed to exit the country. In the event an individual still owes taxes and is not allowed to exit, the Company will not be responsible for compensating for damages.

- Guests aged 70 and above must ensure adequate health to participate in the tour itinerary; it is recommended to travel with relatives for mutual support when needed. If guests have underlying medical conditions or poor physical condition, a doctor's health certificate is required to ensure sufficient health to travel abroad.

- Due to the nature of joining individual guests into a group tour, the company will accept a minimum number of 10 adult guests and ensure the group departs on schedule. In case the group does not have enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying guests 04 days prior to departure and will renegotiate another departure date, or fully refund the amount paid by guests.

- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery please reapply for a new passport corresponding to their current appearance. If entry is denied due to passport photo differing from actual appearance, the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

- As flights depend on the airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

- This is a purely leisure tour; guests are not allowed to leave the group throughout the program. (For guests separating from the group, the overseas company will charge a separation fee)

- Guests using foreign passports with a single-entry Vietnam visa, please inform us upon tour registration.

- If guests are Overseas Vietnamese or Foreigners holding a separate loose-leaf Vietnam visa, they must bring it along during the tour.

- Guests holding dual nationality or Travel Document (not yet naturalized), please inform the sales agent at the time of tour registration and submit the original along with relevant documents (if any).

- Guests who only hold a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register for travel to a third country.

- Pregnant guests please inform the sales agent at the time of registration for further consultation. Note that a doctor's opinion is required before taking the tour. Pregnant guests 30 weeks or more are not accepted for guest safety reasons.

- Children under 18 years old not accompanied by father/mother must have an authorization letter from parents (certified by local authority).

- Tour services will not be refunded or canceled if unused by the customer.

- Depending on actual conditions, the order of sightseeing spots in the itinerary may change while still ensuring all original sightseeing points are covered.

The Travel Company is exempt from liability in cases of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, demonstrations, strikes, epidemics, aircraft technical breakdowns, etc., leading to flight changes, cancellations, or delays. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating for arising damages.
