Big Christmas trees are decorated with many colorful items such as Santa Claus figures, bells and lights; Parents or adults would dress up in Santa Claus outfits and prepare presents such as candies and toys for kids. Local churches such as St. Joseph's Cathedral - Hanoi, Da Nang Cathedral, Nha Trang Cathedral - Khanh Hoa Province, Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral - Ho Chi Minh City… often welcome numerous visitors.
